What do you like best about Spotler Mail+?

I signed up to Spotler (then Communigator) in January 2020, just prior to the pandemic. The Covid-19 pandemic caused the whole process to be done remotely, which was managed by Elliott Palmer, who provided a brilliant service throughout trying circumstances.

I really liked how it was managed and the ability to record training sessions has meant I can go back and review any questions I have or any areas I was struggling with.

Elliott was always willing to help with any questions I had throughout the process and helped me set up all my initial campaigns and processes without a hitch. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Spotler Mail+?

What do you like best about Spotler Mail+?

We've been using Gator Mail from Spotler for about 9 years now. It is a really fantastic marketing automation tool that has all the enterprise features to run automated email nurture campaigns. We have been hugely impressed by the level of integration support we have received. It links to our CRM perfectly which enables me to run remarketing campaigns and triggered campaigns that run over a period of time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Spotler Mail+?

I dont really have any dislikes. Up until last month I wanted a way to deliver faster campaigns however Gator Mail has released a new drag and drop simple campaign tool which is fab! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Spotler Mail+?

I really enjoyed my experience with Jack Clay, who was incredibly patient and helpful in getting me set up and trained on the software. What do you like best about Spotler Mail+?

Using Spotler as your email marketing automation software has a few advantages. Firstly, the software is very user-friendly. Secondly, unlike other email marketing software, emails send via Spotler rarely end up in the spam folder. But most importantly, Spotler has an excellent customer support team. Their telephone accessibility is great, and you always get to speak to someone accurate, skilled and friendly. Besides, the staff members in Spotler’s support team always pro-actively think along and take their time to help you out, which is very helpful! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Spotler Mail+?

The only disadvantage I could think of is the fact that the startup costs can be quite expensive. I’m talking about letting Spotler create a premium template for your emails. However, Spotler recently launched a template editor which is free of charge. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Customer service is easily accessible, the contact at the beginning is also pleasant. In addition, there is an onboarding for the use of the program, so you immediately know what the program can do and how you can get started quickly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Customer service does not always provide the right answers. You notice that they have less knowledge of the matter. Many different contact persons, for each part you need someone else. What do you like best about Spotler Mail+?

Spotler enables to do what I do best efficiently and effectively... marketing my business. It covers all the key communication channels and they all correspond to each other. And the lead scoring embedded throughout makes identifying MQLs (and backing them up!) so simple. And the fact I know I have an account manager, James, to back up or question any campaigns or ideas I have, and that there is a support team at the end of the phone or email for any technical problems is so reassuring when you are time and resource poor. We use a lesser known CRM system, Pipedrive, which doesn't integrate directly so we've had to invest in a separate integration. Despite this, James and the technical team are supporting the integration and assisting the best they can. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Spotler Mail+?

Spotler is a very intuitive tool, which makes it possible to work independently and quickly set up new campaigns. You can create different segmentations, add interest fields or create forms without much effort. If you have problems, you can always contact support. No question is too crazy and they always think along until a solution is found. Since I have been working with the platform for 5 years, I have also seen that many steps have been made within the system. A great example of this is the template editor, which gives a lot more creative freedom. They listen carefully to the needs of the users and use this to further optimise the platform. What do you dislike about Spotler Mail+?

From my experience, connecting Spotler with external systems is quite difficult. I would like to see Spotler supporting the customer more to get the most out of a connection with an external partner, instead of acting more as a facilitator.
