What do you like best about Spotler Mail+?

We have been using the Spotler email marketing package for a few months now and we are happy with the email platform so far. The onboarding and training have been outstanding. They make sure that you're happy with using the email platform and have given us 10 hours of training. They even set up our first campaign for us.

The reporting has good detail in terms of being able to filter per email/ campaign. The emails have an easy drag and drop editor and Spotler also designed our first templates for us which we were quickly able to implement within our campaigns. Dynamic content has also proved useful for personalisation, where multiple fields can be set as criteria. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Spotler Mail+?

Follow up email logic can take a while to setup but that was because we didn't purchase the workflow add on which I believe can be purchased.

What do you like best about Spotler Mail+?

Spotler has massively improved the way we handle our B2B leads - before, we had to do many things manually with limited information available to help the Sales team understand the leads and their behavior. We love that we can openly see the interactions and the follow-up actions through Gator Leads. We anticipate the data can only improve the more we use Spotler and look forward to seeing the measurable results. The onboarding process guide you though every step of the way! What do you dislike about Spotler Mail+?

The only real downside is that it is not as user friendly as some packages, however it is not so complicated its difficult to pick up. The benefits you receive for using Spotler over multiple packages or more expensive software suites far outweigh the negatives for us. What do you like best about Spotler Mail+?

No manual needed as the platform speaks for itself. It's clear that the focus of this platform is user friendliness as you don't have to go through useless steps to create an email or email campaign. What do you like best about Spotler Mail+?

Support is great and with the option to email, phone, or online chat you can usually get a swift response to most queries.

The introduction of the drag and drop email editor was a game changer and has saved us so much in HTML development and testing costs and time.

I have had experience of many other ESP's and regularly review the competition, but have always ended up coming back to Communigator.

Some other ESP's tie their systems down too much which then makes it difficult when wanting to do slightly more sophisticated things with your campaigns.

Campaign stats are very good and the automatic implemetation of UTM codes is a real time saver.

We use Spotler for our own marketing and also on the behalf of our clients. We particularly like one of the newer features - SmartForms - this has made it so easy for us to provide out clients with web capture code that they can pop onto their website, but the data is managed withing Spotler... neat! What do you dislike about Spotler Mail+?

I wish the social and survey elements were more integrated with the main platform.

Sometimes first line support takes some time getting back to us, but they always do eventually.

On occasions we have had some issues that required bug fixes and have had to wait several months for the fixes to be implimented into the release plan and had to find workaround in the meantime for these Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
