What do you like best about Spotler Mail+?

Pure360 is very easy to use, allowing me to utilize the program in a very engaging and didactic manner. Its customer service staff is really helpful and quick to respond to any request or problem that I have. offered, as well as the fact that they allow me to carry out my email marketing campaigns in a very straightforward manner and then give me tips on how to improve them, strikes me as rather extraordinary. What do you like best about Spotler Mail+?

It's just an easy and simple app where can shuffle and change tracks with current playlist while you're still doing something else. It makes have this mindsets of being closer to your favourite artist or playlist a kind of and with awesome audio qualities. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Spotler Mail+?

It is an easy-to-use tool that provides useful insights for multi-channel marketing success. It determines valuable consumers and saves your time. It enables you to send appropriate emails at right time to appropriate people. It enables you to automate consumer lifecycles beyond several channels. What do you dislike about Spotler Mail+?

It lacks some automation options. It needs to speed up the ticket resolving process. It does not allow you to export reports to other formats. It would be great if it allows exporting reports because in this way you can visualize them in a better way. Sometimes, it takes time to send emails. The design WYSIWYG is cumbersome and doesn’t provide flexibility while developing templates. What do you like best about Spotler Mail+?

The template builder - easy with lots of control. It feels like this is the strong point of the system. Maybe this is what it was built around. There is a lot of options for creating email and lots of options for padding around containers and the like Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Spotler Mail+?

The send functionality and lack of automation options. It was often frustrating not to be able to do the automations we needed to do. It is not an inexpensive system and yet it lack things that you can do in cheaper systems. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Spotler Mail+?

What I like about PURE 360 is the fact that we have our own lovely UK based account manager Zoe Miles who is very proactive via email & phone. Her service is 2nd to none & is always looking at ways we can improve the set up of our campaigns & is so helpful with general enquiries. I also like the regular catch-ups & full-service support we've received throughout recent months from PURE 360. They also follow up on any queries until you are completely happy with the outcome.

I also like how easy the platform is when building our email campaigns & has a great analytic reporting tool. I especially like the heat map facility where we can see how recipients have engaged with our emails. I especially like the resend option to recipients that did not open the email with the ITS feature which sends each email at the time each person is likely to open. We have found this extremely effective & have had a great return on investment.

Another great feature is the dashboard function. It gives you a great overview of the performance of all of our campaigns, as well as allowing you to dive deeper and get a more in depth understanding of how each of your campaigns is performing.

Overall is a solid tool for email marketing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We don't have anything that we dislike however we would like the following features added which would help our everyday use.

SUGGESTIONS

We would really like the calendar view feature on your website which was helpful in our other platform. We were able to look at a glance what campaigns we sent out for that month.

It would be great to be able to have more ongoing training on sections & elements within the email design instead of going through the marketing team.

Also be able to add more emojis in the email without having to copy & paste them all the time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Spotler Mail+?

What I like about PURE 360 is that we have our account manager, who responds quickly to emails and phone calls. Her service is unparalleled, and she is always looking for ways to improve the structure of our campaigns while still being highly helpful with basic questions. In recent weeks, PURE 360 has also supplied us with regular catch-ups and full-service support, which I admire. Professionals will also follow up with you to answer any questions you may have until you are delighted with the outcome. I like how easy it is to set up email campaigns on the platform, and it has a tremendous analytic reporting function. I like the heat map tool, which allows us to see how recipients have responded to our emails. The software tool's resent options for individuals who did not open the email, which sends each email at the time each person is most likely to open it, is one of my favorites. It's been tremendously beneficial for us, with a high added value. The dashboard functionality is also helpful. It gives you a quick overview of the status of all of our efforts. What do you dislike about Spotler Mail+?

There are not many of these, but they're great. As it is sent as an internet link in a support issue, I sometimes ignore the invoicing/quote system, but it's straightforward to authorize once there. I don't have any particular dislikes, but I would like to see the following components to make our lives easier. I find that generating a support ticket for several actions is inefficient as a fairly hands-on user. On the other hand, the support team is ready to react and respond to our requests.
