The simplicity of the platform and its ease of use. Superb resources to support with online training and guidance. A very supportive team and account management structure. Generally responsive with regards to support tickets etc and always having someone on hand when needed. I appreciate this might change but we do feel it's great having a designated account manager in comparison to contacting a general support team. My personal, greater level of service on our account. Would be great to have the ability to edit the reporting dashboard to show key company KPIs instead of having to export the full report to find further stats. I.e CTR/Opt-out stats. More onboarding support with regards to new starters and training within allocated hours (instead of having to pay extra). The whole Pure360 team offer great support at every touch point of the partnership journey, from account managers, project management and strategic partnerships, the team are always approachable with large or small issues and offer assistance and advice in problem solving ways which mean we've been able to get the best out of working with them. All onboarding and training sessions were delivered well ensuring we were equipped to use all parts of the platform with ease. The limited services available. Whilst email and SMS both work well for us, we'd like to have added additional functions which we've had to look for elsewhere (push, loyalty etc). Not a complaint as such, more an we'd like to see these added! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

you send an email via spotler then the

email will not be saved in spam folder at

Spotler may get a little intimidating to start with, for certain individuals who may not find this very user-friendly (that does not include me). To be perfectly honest, this is almost a perfect tool which is getting fine-tuned with every update. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

One drawback is that it doesn’t provide some automation features. Also, you can’t export your reports to other formats. It needs to enable exporting reports so that reports can be visualized in a better way. Sending emails is sometimes a time-consuming process. Also, the ticket resolving process is very slow. So, it needs to improve and speed up the process for a better user experience. It does not incorporate with new booking system.
