You can create different segmentations, add interest fields or create forms without much effort. If you have problems, you can always contact support. No question is too crazy and they always think along until a solution is found. Since I have been working with the platform for 5 years, I have also seen that many steps have been made within the system. A great example of this is the template editor, which gives a lot more creative freedom. They listen carefully to the needs of the users and use this to further optimise the platform. **What do you dislike about Spotler Mail+?** From my experience, connecting Spotler with external systems is quite difficult. I would like to see Spotler supporting the customer more to get the most out of a connection with an external partner, instead of acting more as a facilitator. He and the rest of the team are extremely friendly and great to work with.
