The drag and drop email builder is very easy to use, yet it is very capable of creating professional looking emails. One slight gripe that I've experience is that you need to make sure you save your email before you hit send. I have once sent a test and all looked OK, but then the actual email that sent was a previous draft. Slight problem and nothing that would put me off using or recommending to others. The live feed is really insightful along with visibility into all the pages viewed and ability to classify leads into groups, set up alerts and view the data by any parameter.

The new Gator Creator feature which can be used for making and customising emails campaigns as it is really easy to use via a drag and drop method. You can create content for your email very quickly and easily. I also like the fact you can also use the HTML emails to create a higher standard and differentiated email to suit the content you are wanting to produce.

You are able to A/B test your email campaigns to a select amount of data in order to see which Subject Title / content is the most successful. This tool is handy to find out which content to lead with. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The difficulty in editing any emails using the HTML builder, as we always have to call on support as one change can effect the whole layout sometimes.

I find the list management excellent. We use segmentation and Pure 360 works really well for us. Unlike other platforms the lists 'talk' to each other so if someone unsubscribes from one list they are unsubscribing from all lists.
