What I like about PURE 360 is that we have our account manager, who responds quickly to emails and phone calls. Her service is unparalleled, and she is always looking for ways to improve the structure of our campaigns while still being highly helpful with basic questions. In recent weeks, PURE 360 has also supplied us with regular catch-ups and full-service support, which I admire. Professionals will also follow up with you to answer any questions you may have until you are delighted with the outcome. I like how easy it is to set up email campaigns on the platform, and it has a tremendous analytic reporting function. I like the heat map tool, which allows us to see how recipients have responded to our emails. The software tool's resent options for individuals who did not open the email, which sends each email at the time each person is most likely to open it, is one of my favorites. It's been tremendously beneficial for us, with a high added value. The dashboard functionality is also helpful. It gives you a quick overview of the status of all of our efforts. There are not many of these, but they're great. As it is sent as an internet link in a support issue, I sometimes ignore the invoicing/quote system, but it's straightforward to authorize once there. I don't have any particular dislikes, but I would like to see the following components to make our lives easier. I find that generating a support ticket for several actions is inefficient as a fairly hands-on user. On the other hand, the support team is ready to react and respond to our requests. We have been using Spotler since August 2022. Before that the onboarding process was pretty smooth. We're really getting to know the systems (pure360 and Squeezely) well and taking things slowly to make sure we learn as much as we can about the various elements. The power of the tools, i.e. the things they help us do, is absolutely awesome. And our CSR, Kristian, is the best. There are a few small things that make using Spotler a challenge. We'd like to see an integration between our ERP and Spotler. So far we have to do the things we want manually. Additionally, Spotler looks at email marketing on a personal scale, using consumer data to carry on your email marketing programs to consumers. I love the drag and drop interface makes it easy to add images, links and other elements to our email. Using built-in themes and editors allows businesses to personalize emails. I like that it's easy to manage email lists of any length. The email creation tool is very intuitive and makes creating an attractive email simple and fast. Mobile connectivity allows users to have quick access and is also helpful for them. Learning to use all the functions requires patience. The autosave feature sometimes takes a few seconds longer than I'd like, but that's not a big deal in terms of usability. The organization of the template is a bit messy and not intuitive. The email code editor sometimes doesn't load the html code correctly. I’ve been using this platform for over 5 years and I find the system is great for design, dynamic content and the system integrates with Apteco products very well. Pure also allows me to send SMS, all on the same platform. Pure 360 also includes Litmus which is a great creative tool for checking how emails serve across different email domains.
