What do you like best about SPOTIO?

I like that I can easily contact my leads with Spotio Phone. Also, the terrain setting is super cool! I like seeing the geography on the map. I think it's a neat feature. The ability for team members to message each other is cool too. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about SPOTIO?

Sometimes Spotio can be a bit spotty in certain areas. I would also make it so that when I select myself that I am still capable of seeing my co workers results. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about SPOTIO?

The ease of use is great and I like that you can Mark On the account For follow-up period And the date comes up That you set for follow-up to make calls or visits. can also download documents and pictures. What do you dislike about SPOTIO?

At times the connectivity is very slow. But once you move to another location it does remember items that you put in even though the connectivity is not there. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about SPOTIO?

What is most helpful about Spotio is the ability to log in any kind of work you perfom in it. The upside of using Spotino is its ease of use. The best thing about Spotio is that it caters to customer support workers that trying to directly help others in their respected field. Not mentioning ease of implentation would be a disservices to this software engine as a whole. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about SPOTIO?

The least helpful about Spotion is when I'm making an outbound call to another, Spotio is listed as a "Spam Likely" call to others. Many times I'm unable to get a hold of my prospects for this very reason. The downsides of using Spotio is not giving our recpients the trust and quality they'd like to see. What I dislike most about Spotio is whenever I make a new account (dealer), I'm unable to delete it afterwards, thus creating duplicate accounts. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

For duplicate accounts, it sounds like your admin may have restrictions in place on deleting records. They can adjust these settings or enable duplicate prevention under Settings > Sales Process.

What do you like best about SPOTIO?

Spotio is one of the best software for sales reps that I have ever used, I have been in financial industry for over 15 years and I would recommend this product to anyone that wants to maximize their results. What do you like best about SPOTIO?

What do you dislike about SPOTIO?

It is missing a few quality of life features like a compass, the ability to pin leads/opportunities, and it would be nice to be able to mark when you revisit somebody without making an extra pin and crowding things. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

SPOTIO does have a compass—it appears when you twist or turn the map on mobile. For revisits, you don’t need to create a new pin each time—you can update the existing one with a new visit activity instead. If you’d like guidance on this, your admin or our support team would be happy to help!

What do you like best about SPOTIO?
