I like the part that it allows us to follow people and allows us to see their listening activity which also helps me to find new good music. It is like a universal platform to listen to music. Sometimes the ads get very irritating like an ad comes up after every single song I play so they should improve that thing. Firstly ,Spotify is a very convenient and easy to use app , which requires only 1 sign up to register for your free account. With its recent collaboration with Facebook,  one can even sign in through his /her Facebook account's username. Second thing I like about Spotify is its music library which comprises millions of Tracks . Additionally ,one can save his /her favourite Playlist, and with premium one can save upto 10K songs , and listen to them ad free;which is really amazing. Moreover this app's compatibility is really high. This application is compatible with windows, IOS , iPhone, Linux,  Sonos , Smart TV , Playstation,  Android and many more. Not only this, Spotify offers a free tier , which doesn't need one to pay any charges. It allows access to Playlist, artists and albums which can be played in shuffle mode.All In all this app is really awesome, convenient,  cheap and listener friendly which can help in reducing your mental triggers promoting peaceful mind. Spotify lacks on one basis from other similar apps because of the lyrical features , which makes it difficult for a person to understand the wordings if he/she wants to. Other thing that I feel is that the premium version of Spotify is a bit costly and users are supposed to pay every month whether they are using it regularly or not. According to me, premium charges should be more pocket friendly.

Another notable thing is if a customer switches from free tier to premium , he/she can clearly figure out the difference in quality of sound. With premium,  the sound quality if far better. But for free users , the sound quality is not that good. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
