I purchased Spoke about a year ago, and the developers have consistently kept updating and improving it. It's great that they are integrating Chat GPT4 for better summary results. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Wish that I could pause a Spoke recording during a meeting. Sometimes meeting participants share personal experiences that shouldn't be recorded. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Fast, easy to use. Excellent summaries. As an early adopter, I love how far Spoke has already developed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Return the ability to upload a zoom meeting to Spoke if I missed adding the recorder to the meeting or did not have it on my calendar as I now have to use Grain for this function.
Would like to be able to custom name / white-label the recorder app. I currently do this with Grain and it's a non-visual participant. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Video can be tedious to review.
(1) Having a PERFECTLY transcribed version allows for much greater functionality including searchability, enhanced commenting, and greater actionability.
(2) Placing the transcription as captions allows for much greater comprehension for subsequent viewers; a major enhancement to the original video. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
really...nothing. It works and it is fast. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Having the ability to instantly review specific words shared by prospects and easily share them with members of our product team. Meaning we can have very strong customer insight in a fraction of the time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Sometimes the desktop app takes a little too long to load but it's not a huge issue and probably increased by my impatience. The team have done a great job to keep the tech moving and updated. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
How you can easily edit the transcriptions while watching the video and listening to the audio. And also the bot I can add to my Google meetings. It makes life so much easier. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It does it's job perfectly fine. I'd like to be able to add it to a video meeting without needing to add it to the participants, like it happens with Google meetings. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The ability to create snippets of content and compile them, share them and organize them. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The inability to connect multiple calendars, I use it for multiple businesses and I can only connect one calendar for auto-recording. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Spoke made it easy to take notes and organize them in real time. It's like having an assistant during the meeting. I can focus on the discussion, and quickly organize and follow up on action items and decisions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I like the opportunity to utilize different meeting templates. However, switching between meeting templates is a little cumbersome. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Simply brilliant. The Google meet extension works perfectly, the transcription is great in English and French, including with technical terms. The app with the videos and categories is brilliant. This is a must have and a huge time saver. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The UI could be made slightly more polished. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I've got Spoke integrated with my Google Calendar, so it automatically detects if there's a link in any of the events for either Zoom, Teams or Meet. I use Meet for my client meetings, so it automatically joins and records + transcribes the full thing. When I'm done, I can share the link for my client to watch the video again. I can even highlight parts of the transcript and just send a link to watch those highlights. This is perfect for getting clients to go back and watch just a specific part of the meeting without trying to find it. I also have it join webinars for me (if it's through one of the three video tools) so I don't need to watch it live with all of the fluff - I can go back and watch it later at 1.25 x, and read through the transcript to find the most meaningful parts; I condensed a 1.5 hour webinar to 30mins, which saved me a ton of time! The video quality isn't great, so don't use it if you want to record a meeting to later publish with a high quality image. It's nice that you can burn in the captions, but I wouldn't rely on it if you're wanting to publish anything at high quality. The Google Calendar integration also sometimes stops working properly, so I need to re-sync it once a month or so. It's annoying, but it is what it is. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
