As the app automatically records and transcribes every meeting, it's important to ensure that all participants are aware of this feature and have given their consent to being recorded. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Honestly, I could NOT live without it. Spoke saves me 15hrs+ a week of Admin time and has cut my research/usability testing data collection/analysis effort by 30%.
We use Spoke to record all our client meetings, research (from interviews to usability testing, and even 'how-to' videos for new team members.
The real-time transcription - available (to download/share) within minutes after you close your meeting, the ability to Search within the transcript(s) and across Spoke for words/phrases, and quick cut highlight videos are fantastic and are some of my favorite features! Looking forward to potential upgrades! Spoke.app is a growing company, and they do launch releases a few times a month, so it is not that I 'dislike' something... more like, I am really looking forward to...
1. The ability to upload mp4s and mp3s directly (instead of having to join a zoom meeting)
2. Ability to save a bunch of highlights from different videos and merge into one video
3. Ability to 'move' files from my Default workspace/folder vs 'copy' them to the folder
4. Sentiment analysis and frequency counts of tags (ie. words/phases) would be great Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I use Spoke regularly and have to say, I am thoroughly impressed. The app's interface is intuitive and user-friendly, making it easy to set up and automate conversations with my customers.
But what really stood out to me was the exceptional customer service I received from the Spoke team. I ran into a bit of a jam with one of my automated conversations and was unsure how to fix it. I reached out to their customer support team and was pleasantly surprised to receive a response from none other than the CEO himself. He personally took the time to guide me through the issue and ensure that everything was resolved to my satisfaction.
This level of personalized attention and dedication to customer service is truly impressive and sets Spoke app apart from other chatbot platforms I've used in the past. I highly recommend Spoke to any business looking to streamline their customer service operations while still maintaining a human touch. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I loved the feature to be able to upload conversations. This has gone away and is a bit of a bummer but I understand it might have been misused or maybe not used often enough. I trust the direction the company is going though. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I’m absolutely thrilled to share my experience with Spoke.app, a personal AI meeting assistant that has completely transformed the way I collaborate and manage my meetings. After using this product for some time now, I wholeheartedly give it a 10/10 rating and highly recommend it to everyone looking to improve their meeting efficiency and productivity.
I first discovered Spoke.app through Appsumo, and it has since proven to be a game-changer for me. From recording meetings and automatically transcribing them to providing instant AI summaries and video reels, this app has taken the hassle out of post-meeting tasks. Gone are the days of spending countless hours going through recordings and manually combing through the conversations.
In addition to its powerful features, Spoke.app also excels in processing data and preparing meeting notes. This has allowed me to focus more on the content of the meetings and has significantly improved my ability to recall crucial information from past discussions.
One thing that sets Spoke.app apart from other similar products is the founder’s commitment to customer satisfaction. When I shared my feedback about the app during its early days, the founder personally hopped on a call with me to discuss my experience and suggestions. This level of customer care is rare and speaks volumes about the dedication and passion behind this incredible product.
In conclusion, Spoke.app is an indispensable tool for those who want to make the most out of their meetings and collaborations. Its impressive range of features, combined with a team that genuinely cares about customer success, makes it a must-have app for any professional. Don’t hesitate to give it a try – you won’t be disappointed! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I feel the meeting assistant that pops up during the meeting is distracting, especially when I share screen on the meetings which is often. There is no "hide" option on the popup - I would love it the "hide" option is enabled. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Since I started using Spoke.app for my online meetings last year, it's been a complete game-changer. I'm able to focus better on the meeting and the conversations, knowing that Spoke is recording everything and will generate a detailed protocol for me. This has been a life-saver in terms of keeping me organized and allowing me to review important details after the meeting Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It is quite easy to use on a Windows PC or Mac. What I am missing is an app for iPad OS, Android or a Browser based web-app, because I often participate in a meeting via mobile devices. So I always have to add an entry with a link in my Google calendar with at least 15 minutes notice. A spontaneous recording is not possible!
In addition, I would like to be able to note down key points and important results myself via mobile devices. This is not possible unless a PC or Mac is used.
Furthermore, I would like to be able to adjust the agenda in the spoke app during the meeting. The templates are too inflexible for my needs.
Also, unfortunately, recently the automatic summaries were not good: mostly the wrong language and important information was not included. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Being able to record all of my meetings and then search through any of them by inputting a keyword is amazing.
I actually have short term memory loss from mold toxicity and this software has relieved so much stress by allowing me to get access to precise moments in meetings. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Hmmmm. I would probably say that the branding/logo isn't my favorite. I'm not a huge purple guy.
I was happy when they rolled out the ability to change the branding of the notetaker in meetings. I think my logo looks much better :) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It's intuitive, particularly with meeting summaries
Fast and saves time taking minutes
You get the video and the transcript
Can be repurposed in various formats
Minutes and notes are available straight away
I can use the transcript of the podcast interviews for the basis of blogs, books and posts Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Sometimes the note tacker takes time to pop up in the meeting. I find myself going in through the calendar - but then the pad or notetaker hasn't shown up at the very start, then I treat the meeting as bespoke and copy-paste the link to get the notetaker. And then sometimes end up with two notetakers ion the sam meeting when the calendar notetaker turns up. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Easy to use AI notetaking assistant for internal and external meetings. The AI automatically summarizes everything you need to know about your session. Furthermore, you can record highlights and take notes easily during a meeting which gets its summary afterward.
You can focus fully on the other participants instead of having to take notes by yourself to not forget anything. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Currently, it doesn't support multiple calendars yet. Our main calendar is not where most of our meetings are in.
Once this is coming, it will be insanely powerful! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The ease of use. Spoke in general is nothing more than a solution to recording and transcribe your meering, however, their tools, such as the Chrome extension that integrates seemlessly with Zoom and Google Meet and allows you to highlight specific moment with meeting templates is sublime. Also, the creation of meeting summaries, integration with your calendar to auto-invite the recorder and other nifty features make it simple to use and gain value from. Spoke might not have the flashiest of designs, but where it lacks there it makes up in functionality and nevermind the pricing, it's good. I guess the only thing I would like to improve is the ability to customize the recorder e.g. brand it for my company. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Just when I thought I was flying I'm now soaring. It's like I have my own personal team taking care of all the meeting details leaving me to put ALL my attention on the meeting itself and be more present through my listening. Spoke is awesome!! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I'm not able to rearrange the timeline in the editor but...their support team says they're working on it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
