What do you like best about Spira Field Intelligence?

Every client that I work with uses Spira Field Intelligence has streamlined not only their invoicing process, but in many cases a number of aditional processes as well! What do you dislike about Spira Field Intelligence?

What problems is Spira Field Intelligence solving and how is that benefiting you?

What do you like best about Spira Field Intelligence?

The ability to dispatch tickets to field users who can work on those tickets without internet access is a must in the oilfield - Spira allows for this asynchronous work with ease. We also can create different price lists for each customer and period, with the sales staff able to pick as necessary. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Spira Field Intelligence?

The software is substantially more powerful than our use of it, so some of the additional features create confusion among the teams working in the software; if we could hide buttons or functionalities that aren't enabled, it would be great. We also use a different ERP for our accounting functions, so we have to manually integrate Spira's data with the other ERP rather than building an immediate connection. What problems is Spira Field Intelligence solving and how is that benefiting you?

Without the offline capabilities of Spira, we couldn't work - installing cell boosters didn't provide enough connectivity to work online, and using satellite internet is cost-prohibitive. We've continued to monitor the space for other alternatives but have yet to find a better option that wouldn't require us to be the guinea pigs for recently developed and untested software. What do you like best about Spira Field Intelligence?

Robust and intuitive software that perfectly fit our need for field service ticketing from the sales estimate through to integration with accounting for billing. Straightforward implementation. Workflow is highly customizable to our specific processes and requirements. Standard reporting also met our requirements but more robust reporting was available. Administrator functions were initially split between two portals but this addressed before we moved to production. Ticket number format options could not use what our accounting system used but it was not an issue since Spira integrated with our accounting software seamlessly.
