The ability to dispatch tickets to field users who can work on those tickets without internet access is a must in the oilfield - Spira allows for this asynchronous work with ease. We also can create different price lists for each customer and period, with the sales staff able to pick as necessary. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The software is substantially more powerful than our use of it, so some of the additional features create confusion among the teams working in the software; if we could hide buttons or functionalities that aren't enabled, it would be great. We also use a different ERP for our accounting functions, so we have to manually integrate Spira's data with the other ERP rather than building an immediate connection.
