Spinify has been an inperative tool for our business in tracking KPIs and performance of team members and being able to quickly identifiy team members that may require additional coaching. It is also an incredible tool for motivating staff members! Thankfully, the integration process and set up for everything was made increably easy thanks to the constant support I recived on a regular basis from Peejay Esperanza. The celebratory videos only play on Browsers that run on Chromium, so certain smart tv's (such as Amazon Fire TV's) are unable to run Spotify without a Stick PC plugged in. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I recently completed training with Alex, and I couldn’t be more impressed with the experience. Alex did an outstanding job ensuring we were fully prepared for a successful rollout. Each session revealed new features I hadn’t discovered before, further showcasing the product’s depth and capabilities. I like the excitement and healthy competition it creates on the teams. i like the engagement and a way for agents to see how they are doing real time. I am impressed with the support offered by Spinify during set up and integration. I think overall it's a fairly easy tool to use Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I don't have any dislikes; however, I do have an area of opportunity. It would be great if the agents could have a button that would allow them to start a head-to-head competition with their co-workers. I feel this would build excitement for the tool even further, allow it to be more interactive for the agents, and allow them to help hype the program with their peers by having the ability to start a head-to-head of their own. I like that you can do different contest daily but also have reaccurring stats show so our reps no where the are compared to others. Spinify is a really easy tool to use throughout the team, to celebrate each others successes in fun ways. The detail to the platform is great and there's lots of cool ways to go about your account. Teams love the insights, the cool game features showing their progress and their place on the leaderboards.
