The difficulty and poor user friendliness of Spine Payroll is cumbersome. It has made managing payroll for my business hectic for me. The automated calculations and timely reminders are a needed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

- Attendance Management is easy and can integrated with any third-party punching management system.
- Salary calculation is also very well articulated.
- Monthly reporting of salary, PF, and any other compliances
- Employee life cycle and data management are very well secured in a manner with all the cyber security compliances.

- For employees or users, that's not the much user friendly
- every new employee requires a lot of training for this.

What do you like best about Spine Payroll?
It includes all the relevant options used for Payroll processing. The best thing about it is Pay basket and calculation of advance days while many other softwares requires calculation of advance days manually.
It automatically verifies employees who are absent from past few days as per our convenience.

What do you dislike about Spine Payroll?
I used NX version of it which is a web version and has some demerits such as it gets logged off by default sometimes. I was working once and didn't saved the work and it got logged off by default. This seems to be a issue. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
