What do you like best about Spine HRMS?

We can access and Track all activities of Attendance, Absence and leave management. We can also add and view policies of companies, Pay Slip, Appraisal everything in one corner. Reporting details, Personal details, Pay details. Ease of Implementation, Customer Support and Ease of Integration and Ease of use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Spine HRMS?

I found it quick and valuable from an employee's point of view. Some companies in India don't even use such platforms, but it helps smooth out daily HR operations for employers and employees. It reduces workload a lot. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Spine HRMS?

Not much, but I found the user interface is not so intuitive. Their Android Application has a lot of room for improvement. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Spine HRMS?

The best thing about using spine HRMS is that with a single click we can have many features like access to our calendar, leaves. We can plan our vacations overall great way to get everything done Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Spine HRMS?

Sometimes it is a bit slow,the downtime usually for salary calculation and processing is a bit long so we can not use that in that particular phase Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Spine HRMS?

The best part of the Spine is that I can see all the necessary information about my Company collectively in one place.

I find the User interface bit lacking. It should have been integrated with some email services or any type of message service to get notifications easily. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Spine HRMS?

There's little to like about this HRMS tool.

I have been using this tool for the last six months as an employee for attendance, LMS, & policy hub and as a recruiter for ATS activities and requisition management.

The only good part I thought about this tool is that this is a complete package for small organization Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Spine HRMS?

Well, there are a lot of things that are not in favor of this tool.

1. Awful user interface

2. No email trigger/notification for any acitivity. E.G., If someone raises an attendance or leave request, the approver will not get any notification. Approver needs to keep checking requests all the time. Once any request is approved, a person who raised the request will not get any notification.

3. New User creation is a time-consuming process.

4. You cannot migrate your data to other HRMS tools

5. Very Little scope for automation Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
