Sparrow is a massive help to small HR teams - it takes away much of the administrative burden of employee leaves. Sparrow did everything for me during my leave process. In the middle of my leave, we actually switch to Sparrow from another company and Sparrow helped make it such a smooth transition. They didn't bother me with particulars or details, they got all that from the previous company or my employer. Having an email address and someone to ask questions direclty to at Sparrow made the whole process really easy - and it was so appreicated to have someone to nagivate the logisitics of taking leave so I could focus on my family as we were in a time of crisis.

I enjoyed have a dedicated Leave Specialist. They would check-in with me over email to gather important dates, remind me of items I needed to complete (and helped with the completion on my behalf), and provide information about my leave. During the arrival of a new child, life is chaotic but Sparrow helped manage all of the work-related needs. They even worked with me over my personal email, so I didn't have to log into a work email!
