In our office we have a working spaces and communication rooms which every employe or guest can use . And sometimes we had oukward scheduling issues when same room was planned for different events at the same time. We were looking for sollution and Spacebring looked for us natively understandable. We tested it for our needs and with our guests. It's very simple to use an app,to find room and book it, very simple payment procedure and live time scheduling is awesome - possibility to see when and for how long each space will be avaliable, it's easy to correct reservation time during meeting. Great functionality that allows you to cover most of the needs of any coworking space - booking meeting rooms, making payments for subscriptions, receiving feedback from residents of the location and much more.
The possibility of modifying functions and the interface in relation to the needs and preferences of the customer. Effective work of the support team, which is always ready to answer any question and help with setting up the application. Sometimes coworking managers have problems with finding the right tabs to change settings.
Personally, our coworking space lacks the function of assigning a fixed place for a month to a specific user, this would greatly simplify our work. The customer support team at andcards is probaby the best I've ever encountered from a technology vendor - they are engaged, have a great onboarding process, and manage the backend of the technology so well. The branded apps with a standard user interface across the web, Android and iOS makes customer onboarding easy. Though customization options are limited, this actually works to their advantage for streamlined use. However, the platform could improve by offering Dutch-specific integrations for accounting and payment systems, as Stripe and QuickBooks don't align with Dutch standards. First advantage is easy meeting/skype rooms booking. Andcards have cery helpfull team. We had problems with residents who booked rooms for a long period of time. The andcards team helped us make a reservation with limited credits. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The Customer Service of the Team! Everyone at AndCards is extremely helpful and the response time is one of the reasons we love the customer service. They have worked with us intentively the moment we signed up and onboarded. Having worked with other coworking management platforms, the in-person interaction is beyond our expectations and the ability to express feedback to be heard is a winning combination. I wouldn't consider this a downside but we did onboard with AndCards when some features weren't available. It's constantly improving or adding more features which we have to adapt to. As for me, the most useful thing is that not only the occupancy of all meeting rooms is visible, but also the possibility to view the occupancy of a separate room. Also adding notes when booking is really handy Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Overall it has been great for running our coworking space. It's easy for onboarding new members and has all the features we need for managing the space with out a bunch of extra things we don't need. I would like more options for different membership tiers and to have have different "channels" for the feed. I also would like to edit membership subscriptions with more detail. But overall, I don't wouldn't change much, I really like the product. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Certainly, the inability to book meeting rooms for recurring reservations is a notable area where andcards.com could be enhanced. The ability to create recurring reservations, such as scheduling a meeting room every Monday from 8:00 AM to 9:00 AM for three months, would be a valuable addition to the software's feature set. This feature would greatly benefit coworking spaces that have members with regular and predictable meeting schedules, as it would save time and effort in manually reserving rooms each time.
Including this functionality would not only address a current limitation but also demonstrate andcards.com's commitment to continuously improving its software based on user needs and feedback.
