The Spacebring tool is so easy to use that our customers don`t have any problems booking stations from it. The platform is diverse and offers features for booking, billing, community management. For me personally the best feature is visitor management. As our clients are beauty professionals, they have quite a bit visitors-clients a day. I was shocked with how fast we launched the platform at our coworking space, it took us a week to start using it. As we had bad previous experiences with other platforms, we were happy to have everything so easily arranged.
I use Spacebring every day and it become a "must" part of my work at the coworking space.

I can find everything what we need for our office and business in one system now, and easily have it connected with the necessary internal systems. We quickly switched from google calendar to bookings in Spacebring and amnaged to automate all payments for our coworking services. Even though the building is used for our company mainly, we decided to offer free desks to others and were surprised how greatly it worked out. The app also has monetization features and allows ot process users' payments without stuff help so we can sell memberships even without any person being in the office. The best thing that I like about Spacebring is the ability to keep all data, processes, and communications in one app. I used to have lots of excel tables and a few separate tools for booking, communication etc. Now only Spacebring.
Spacebring is for both admins and residents, I mean no second app needed.
It is quite easy, people quickly nut out how to use it.

Earlier we constantly had issues in the office among our employees on how to reserve desks in the offices and how to track room bookings. Everything was manual and we were struggling with doing double work: booking everything on behalf of our team and making sure that everyone had a place to work today, and also conducting our regular job. We were looking for some tool to automate bookings in the whole space for us and we didn't want to hire an extra person for that. There is one thing that we love the most about Spacebring and this is its user-friendliness. We didn't have to explain anything about it to our team. They just joined the platform for the first time and understood how to use it immediately. Now we can automate all routine work with one system and none of our team has ever complained that something doesn't work or that users have issues.

I really like how the app brings together all the important aspects of managing the space in one place. It's so convenient to have everything in one system: bookings, online payments and community. When we first saw Spacebring, we couldn't believe that one app could do all that in such a great way because it offers easy room bookings, automated invoicing and payment collection, and even 1:1 chats for the community. I have been using Spacebring software for few months already and I can't tell enough how setesfied I am!
Spacebring was a game changer as I wanted to get rid of all the manuall hassel I had before, it helped me automate varius aspects of my coworking and lab space operations - making my life as a business owner easier and better as I can save my time.
It transformed the coworking space operation to be faster, with higher members satisfaction and better subscription churn rate as I could offer more amenities and options for my members. The software provides us with a comprehensive feature set for running a space with > 200 people and with many individual requirements of our community members. We're using the following features: room & desk bookings, community directory, the simple blog (called feed) , event bookings (also with many external guests), shop (e.g. to pre-order lunches at our canteen), support system and the visitor feature.
The user interface is really simple and clean on all devices, which lets andCards stand out a lot from other software we tested originally. Furthermore users typically learn the system easily themselves, so it requires no or in rare cases little training.
We're integrating the software using Zapier with other tools like BaseCamp, Mailchimp and Google Worksuite. We intend to use their API for some deeper integrations in the very near future.
We've been using andCards for approx. 15 months now and what really stands out is their customer support. The reaction times are really quick and our feedback is taken seriously. Many of our feedback points have been implemented within several weeks or a few months. This is a really big plus! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Of course, there are some shortcomings. I won't list the many ones, that have been quickly resolved based on our feedback. To give everybody full transparency here is our current wish list as of 01/2024:
- Further improve visitor system (esp. ring phone of visited person, when a visitor arrives and send out email notification in parallel)
- Further improve invoicing system to comply with German bookkeeping processes (e.g. automatic export into DATEV, correct voiding of invoices)
- E-mail digest to community for important updates in the community (based on feed)
