The TIN matching seems less reliable than I'd prefer. I am registered with the IRS TIN matching program, so log in there is Sovos TIN matching isn't working. Using Managed Services to create and submit our files has been well worth the investment. Prior to using this service, our Information Technology team was responsible for much of the file creation, and they dreaded it. Now, the field maps are updated correctly each new tax season, and Sovos helps us work through any data validation issues. Our files are always transmitted on time - we never miss a deadline. In the past, some of our processes were not well documented so there was some re-education of Sovos staff. However, in the past few years Sovos has greatly improved their documentation of our process, and this has made all the difference. We currently use the product Taxport for a variety of year-end tasks. The system is easy to navigate and the instructions are all pretty straight forward. We use the Taxware product from Sovos, so I'm not sure if it is part of the Intelligent Compliance Cloud, but if it is, oh boy, it's a great product.
