The platform UI is easy to work around and is always up. The intercom support function works really well despite the time zone difference to Australia, most queries resolved in <24 hours.

The email deliverability is better than the platform I used before, less bounces ie emails are accurate and the platform reputation is good.

It's been a real help as a solo operator in maintaining a good workflow to manage multiple outreach steps across sourcing and BD. Easier than just email or Linkedin messaging or other channels without any integration.

The sidebar integration with Jobadder works much better than other Chrome extensions for adding contacts back into the CRM. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Not too much really, an SMS function would be great as some personal email accounts just don't get monitored and SMS gets an immediate response. There are some SMS providers integrated with Jobadder ( my ATS ) that are North America only at this stage. So perhaps this will come.

Navigating the campaigns does reset back to standard after you have filtered candidate or BD vs a Saved View.

One other small is managing custom templates inside the email editor is a bit clunky the way the cursor navigates the saved templates.

So many things! But let me outline the big ones:

- Time-Saving - Sourcewhale helps me save tons of time with task management and centralizes it in one place. Not only that, but email sequencing is the best I've seen in a Sourcing tool.

- Integrations - So many integrations make this sourcing tool incredibly flexible.

- Service - With so many different products out there, what is important to me is the kind of service the CSM team can provide to help me maximize my usage. I can safely say that Gloria K has been accommodating and very helpful in fielding questions and offering best practices and taking any suggestions for product improvement.

SourceWhale runs very well alongside LinkedIn (Free, Premium, Recruiter Lite, and Recruiter). It fits perfectly if your sourcing workflow is to find candidates on LinkedIn and reach out with InMails and/or Connect Requests. It's like a +1 to all of your sourcing efforts by sending automated personal email campaigns in addition to your LinkedIn efforts. Very effective! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Sometimes the extension needs to be reloaded to insert a custom variable you've added, but this is an incredibly minor use case and only would affect power-users on occasion. The fact that they even have custom variables like this is a big plus and far more advanced than competitors. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I own and operate a small consulting operation and was in the market for a new automation platform. There are many upsides to SourceWhale - on the technical side, this included a streamlined UI, high-level email data accuracy, versatile messaging options (email, text, LinkedIn, etc.), multi-tool integrations, and large capacity bulk candidate uploads.

On the customer service side, I had a great experience with my Rep (Jimmy) and continue to partner with my CSM (Gloria Kevliciute). Gloria has gone above and beyond from Day One in helping me adjust to getting the most out of SW and supporting the specific needs of my consulting firm.

Where to start!?

I was a long time GEM user from my previous company, and had heard about SW at the end of 2021. GEM was surely next level when going from using no tools at all. SW is better then GEM in every single way. The reporting is fire. Their email look up feature and database is 5X more accurate and yields far more results. And it keeps getting better! The automation and all features built in are amazing, yet also very user friendly and have a great UX + UI. The amount of precision one can adapt to their outreach driven by data is also top notch.

It takes about half the time to drop a linkedin profile in your SW database, and automatically schedule outreach upon this action. GEM is clunky and requires multiple steps to achieve the same action + result.

Every single rep I have met from SW as well has been awesome. It can be rare to have this experience with any SaaS provider, and the SW team is top notch. And they continue to pump out new features almost monthly. 11/10 highly recommend. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

SourceWhale is great for recruiting agencies that are looking for a platform to build and automate campaigns for both sourcing and business development. We've been able to dramatically increase both our number of clients and sourced candidates by implementing SourceWhale. Inbound funnel of leads, the more you send, the bigger the pipeline grows. I love that it pulls people into our CRM system and the outreach usually gets a response by email 3 which we wouldnt usually send that many as a follow up. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Couple of techie issues. Bounce backs that say "I no longer work here" would be good if the campaigns could stop. The information sometimes doesnt pull through to the CRM correctly. The data behind sourcewhale could do with some real improvements, 8 service providers im not sure are enough. We often cannot find the email addresses - its the only let down with the product. We have been a customer for almost a year now, so what we like "best" has changed over the months. Initially we appreciated how easily the solution integrated into our other tools and how quickly we could set up Campaigns. Now our highest appreciation is for Jordan, our customer success manager, and the team behind her who has addressed every issue we've had in a prompt and professional manner. Six months into using SourceWhale as an additional tool for external recruiters, you can't really ask for much more.

Gone are the laborious candidate chases that used to take up my morning, replaced with a personal, automated system that has saved me at least an hour a day.

The email finder application has had significantly greater success than a number of other tools we've used before (Hunter in particular).
