As a recruiter, Sourcewhale has transformed my workflow completely. The automated, multiplatform outreach allows me to write an email once and send it to hundreds of candidates with the click of a button. I rest assured that each candidate will receive 3 followups within timeframes of my choosing, also at the click of a button. This has changed my job from being buried in followups to massively increased return on investment - I'm now struggling to keep up with interested candidates! The reporting features on outreach campaigns are amazing, providing relevant, in-depth data (e.g. response rates, open rates, diversity stats) in a clear manner, so that I know at a glance which campaigns need more work and what aspects of my campaign I need to problem solve (high open + ow reply rates - I need more engaging content, low open rate - I need to tailor reachout times / subject lines etc.). This allows me to share detailed campaign metrics with my clients - I know exactly how many people have been reached out to, and can share detailed demographic information with them. That's the macro review - the product works, and after a few weeks of using it, I can't imagine doing my job without it.

On the specifics, our account manager Issy has been a dream to deal with - she is always helpful and happy to utilise her in-depth product knowledge to answer any questions I send her way. The onboarding process was the fastest I've ever experienced for a new system of this magnitude. The software makes so much sense that minimal training is needed, and the online training videos share an overview that will give you the confidence you need to use the software effectively with less than one hour of training time investment.

The design and UX teams have done amazing work in making the platform easy to use, and the integrations with Linkedin, JobAdder (and other ATS/CRMs) and other platforms are seamless. There is absolutely no superfluous information cluttering up the interfaces (website + plugin) - just the icons you need to complete your tasks with ease. I've rarely used software that is both hyper-customisable and completely clutter free - this is a rare and brilliant combination.

The platform is very simple to use, intuitive and works at such speed and saves time it is invaluable now. Great functionality and user experience which are vital. Backed up by the fact i love the team, they have been super helpful and provide amazing support from Dougie and Harry at the start and then to the wonderful Issy Leaper who has been a real credit to the business. A perfect example of how CS can work well, she has been at hand since day one and run me through everything, calmly and patiently answering my constant questions and follow up emails. Jumping on multiple calls, providing advice and feedback on my campaigns and making the use of the platform seamless which has been invauable. I couldn't reccomend Issy more! Nothing! they have a fantastic product which does exactly what is says on the tin. A fabulous team and their support is second to none. They also truly valuer customer feedback, I made a suggestion on my first support call to run through the platform and within 2 weeks the development team had impletmented it and it has been rolled out across the platform for all their users! I find SourceWhale is a really intuitive platform to help me build and schedule my outreach, especially as it makes sure none of my follow-up outreach gets forgotten - when I’m contacting people over multiple platforms like email and LinkedIn, I’ve been able to create really personalised content and never missed a message.
