The visual process is important for me. If I can't 'see' my campaigns in an easy to read list with actions and next steps clear, I really struggle and this is where tools like Bullhorn let me down With SourceWhale, I can quickly see how my campaigns are running, the set up is mostly self-explanatory, and the data iteelf is highly accurate Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Campaigns which are newly built shouldll stay in 'pause' mode until activated. New users are making the mistake of settig things up wrong and messages going out as tthey didn't realise campaigns are active. Better integration with Linkedin would also make it more useful. These taskas are still manual - for example, when I try to link in with someone and we connect, if I don't immediately manually changee that action, follow up emails scheduled in the campaign can go out to them which looks unprofessional. There should be a way for SW to see if they respond on Linkedin and stop a contact campaign Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
