SourceWhale allows for Sales Outreach to be personalized and automated without any fall-off. It maintains consistancy and has awarded our organizations meetings with new client logos in less than six months.
Additionally, the onboarding and integration is quick and pain free. The staff is highly knowledgeable and responsive. The backend is continuously collecting feedback and rolling out enhancements. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
While this is not a dislike, it must be known that you will have different users - some that are quick to adopt and become your power users and others that pace behind. To be setup for success, appoint an operational Admin that can assist those in need for common Q&A until everyone is confident using the tool. It's more upfront work but it unlocks results and time saved as the you build momentum. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The automated feature allows me to focus on other things whilst Sourcewhale is running in the background doing the work for me! I also enjoy the new hotlist feature. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I am currently manually adding people from my projects to Sourcewhale as I find it difficult to select all and add them to the campaign from a project as it won't attach their emails. It also means I can't edit the message as I need. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The ease of use, the clarity, and the functionality make this a welcome addition to my tech stack.
I've tried my ATS's version of a similar service SourceWhale provides and there was nothing remotely like the ease of use that SW gives me.
The three pieces benefit from daily:
1) pulling data from LI efficiently and sourcing contact information (email or ph#)
2) generating recruiting campaigns that can be personalized and individualized or NOT - dealer's choice! The ability to switch back and forth from a multi-use message to a personalized message is so simple;
3) the data tracking - seeing who has opened what, measuring how well a campaign is doing, etc. - is so valuable
It was easy to get started, and to make SW part of my daily routine, and happily, my most tech-resistant colleagues have embraced it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It'd be nice to have more "round-the-clock" access to support for users who prefer to work nights or weekends.
Perhaps it already exists but I'd welcome a SourceWhale 200-level training now that I'm comfortable with the fundamentals. There are likely many valuable features I haven't explored or maximized. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It makes managing campaigns for candidate and client engagement so easy to track and execute. The partial integration with LinkedIn also makes populating my CRM incredibly simple and with accurate data. I've used it for three months the now and would not give it up. It would be great if sourcewhale was fully integrated with LinkedIn, so that you could also automate the outbound in-mails. But not the end of the world having to copy and paste the messages, as it lets me personalise the content. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

My reply and meeting rates have significantly increased.
The platform automates follow-ups, ensuring candidates are regularly contacted.
Creating projects and campaigns is easy and accessible, allowing you to quickly reach out to candidates when new, similar searches come up.
The help bar is fast and responsive—if the bot can’t assist, a team member connects right away to provide support.
I use it every day.
Once the campaign is set up, it's really easy to manage.
It integrates seamlessly with our CRM. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The search tool is effective but a bit clunky and not very user-friendly.
Sending an email outside of a campaign can be a bit of a process.
It also takes time to become fully comfortable with all the platform’s features. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I have been using SourceWhale for almost 2 years and absolutely LOVE it! Every time I have used it for a candidate campaign- I have made the PLACEMENT. Yep, every...single...time. The software is easy to use and if you have any questions they have loads of webinars, tips and a phenomenal customer success team to help you with any questions about best practices. SW allows you to completely customize your outreach over multiple channels (InMail, Connect Requests, Emails, Text, Phone Calls, Tasks, lather, rinse, and repeat and it keeps you completely organized with a daily to do list across all of your campaigns so that nothing gets overlooked or forgotten. On top of that, it gives you all kinds of cool intel like how many opens your emails get, how many replies you get, how much interest is being generated and most importantly- how many meetings you get booked as a result of the campiagn!
I cannot imagine my recruiting life without it, and being the tool/tech stack junkie that I am- there is nothing out there that even comes close. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Nothing! I wish they would build it out just a little more and offer an ATS/CRM built on top of it. They would take over that market tomorrow if they did. :) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

SourceWhale allows for efficient, customizable multi-channel campaigns...complete with AI support...that is, quite simply, the best in the industry. Customer support is also excellent and readily available. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Nearly everything about the multi-channel outreach process is upgraded via a SourceWhale subscription. If I had to pick one negative about the platform, it would be that it does not integrate fully with some ATS products. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Automation tool that's specific to recruitment, unlike other platforms
Also links with our CRM (Bullhorn) which has been beneficial
Email tracking is very good too. Just made a $40k placement from it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
When adding a list of people from Bullhorn that I've curated in the CRM I have to approve each contact (which could be 50-100) individually before adding.
Minor issue, but a time suck nonetheless. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I love that SourceWhale streamlines all of my efforts into one place. I am able to more easily track various avenues of success (which outreach style gets the best responses, is there a day/time of week that is most fruitful, how many responses am I getting compared to outbound messages, etc.) which in turn helps me to better pivot my future business development efforts to become more successful.
I also love that it automates the process for me once I've done the leg work at the front end. I could be on vacation and still have some outbound messages going to prospective clients when it makes sense!
It also integrates seamlessly with our CRM and other tools we utilize heavily and the SourceWhale team has been fantastic to work with and helpful throughout the way.
I use SourceWhale every single day and can't imagine how I'd ever succeed without it now. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The pro's far outweight the con's with SourceWhale. Just like with any tool, there are aspects that won't work for everyone's business. I personally wish I could have more than one signature in a single campaign so I could utilze my main on the initial outreach and a more simplified version on follow-ups. I also wish I could buid out a spreadsheet directly in SourceWhale to more easily take advantage of the custom variables.
Who knows, maybe these are things that SourceWhale will implement down the line as I know they are always looking for ways to improve! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Its constantly improving , developing and coming up with new ideas Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
