SourceWhale is simple and logical to use and helps us make contact with new candidates and clients. It also has a fantastic integration with Bullhorn (and on into Cube19) which allows us to track the effectiveness of it as an outreach tool compared to our other business development and candidate sourcing channels. We needed some more time with the team to understand all of the functionality that SourceWhale offers, would be great to see some more help documentation. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Easy to onboard, can be done the same day you signup. They are constantly pushing out new features (at an insane speed). The product is very different (and even better) than it was even 3 months ago. The team are incredibly responsive to any changes made, for example helping me setup custom variables for my integration from SourceWhale into Zoho within 24 hours of me requesting the features! Contact finding isn't always perfect but it does a better job than other tools I've used out there so can't complain! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Automated campaigns, very easy to use, and ensures you keep projects organised Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Can take time to add candidates, however, process has improved a lot in the short time I've been using it and I'm confident will continue to speed up Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I transitioned over from Gem and it took me a while to get to the differences though the SourceWhale team would great at helping me get used to it and now I definitely prefer it Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I’m not sure where to start. I guess that it saves me so much time across pretty much all areas of my sourcing and outreach. My main use is the spreadsheet upload functionality, I used to get up early every morning and manually send out emails to potential clients and candidates, now I can upload a spreadsheet to SourceWhale the night before and forget about it.
I like that I can search multiple platforms all in one place as opposed to having to use different tools for each. It’s also invaluable to be able to capture candidates from search lists and projects in LinkedIn. I can do them all at once and add them to an email campaign, but I still get to personalise each one individually from within the chrome extension, so no jumping back and forth between applications!
I was also really impressed that they built out a Boolean search function after client feedback at lightning speed. That has been a useful tool and I now use the SourceWhale chrome extension across all manner of social sites to locate candidates and search for contact details simultaneously. It saves me lots of time and it also means I never forget a followup. It’s a clear win-win. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
In an ideal world it would be great if Job Board functionality was available, but to be fair I already save hours each week with what it does do. The team have suggested they will be building out this area in the near future, which potentially removes my need for SourceBreaker too. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The ability to automate every process in the CRM is great but the biggest win for us has been the link between Linkedin, CRM and Outlook. It's a game changer being able to source contacts from linkedin, message their work address through outlook and link it all back to the CRM with the data adding. Nothing currently, very happy with it all Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I was a happy ZAPinfo customer until their product needed to radically change due to its acquisition by Indeed. I looked at a number of alternatives for a browser extension or other such tool that would make it easy for me to move contact info from a social media or other web page into our Salesforce CRM as a new contact. SourceWhale has been superb. I lost some functionality but gained far more. The price is higher, but well worth it. The integration with Salesforce is beautiful, as is the communication and responsiveness of their team whenever I have suggestions or need help. The product is both effective and efficient as I’m able to add far more contacts far more accurately into Salesforce while saving me dozens of work hours a month. It is more expensive to source hundreds or even thousands of names using SourceWhale than ZAPinfo because ZAP didn't use an expensive database to verify each email address. Instead, it guessed using low or no-cost databases. Neither approach is right or wrong, but they each have their advantages and disadvantages. SourceWhale chose the high quality, lower quantity approach. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Really really easy to use, onboarding is instant and the integration into Vincere took less than 5 minutes. Their support is absolutely phenomenal and they are willing to chat through the product and help any time of day or night. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Not so much a dislike but more of a feature request, would like to be able to add people to projects before adding them to an outreach campaign. Though SourceWhale tell me this is coming shortly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The product is so intuitive and replaces 3 separate tools I previously used (RocketReach, Outreach.io and Ebsta). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Not found much yet and the support team have been pretty speedy at explaining anything I didn't get. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
