SourceWhale has helped streamline our outreach and quantify metrics. It is a "one-stop-shop." It integrates with our ATS, sources contact information, schedules outreach as well as keeps track of responses, and automatically recognizes replies, stopping outreach, which in turn prevents duplicate messages. If we had to name one thing we "dislike" about the product, it would be that it does not differentiate the different phone numbers provided. Other than this, we have absolutely no complaints and would highly recommend this system! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The ability to set a number of steps to automatically send in a campaign helps me immensely. I have ADD, so often remembering to repeat tasks like this is very difficult. I dont have to worry about things once I've set my campaign up now, all I have to do is track it.
The platform is very easy to use. The UI is intuitive. The training is straightforward and easy to understand but also succinct. There's no waffle in the training which is fantastic. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I haven't found anything that I dont like about it just yet. I am a new user so haven't had loads of time spent on it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
We moved the team from Outreach to SourceWhle for a few reasons, but one of the core aspects to the migration was the SourceWhale team - their clear desire to constantly iterate the product into the best sourcing tool in the search space was apparent from the off. That, coupled with their openness to ideas and feedback, and a highly efficient, easy to use tool that drives productivity made the decision a very easy one.
To highlight a few points on the tech:
- It simplifies things to a point where there is no unnecessary noise in the sourcing process. But, not so much so that it's inflexible.
- Generally, it's a very efficient system, with great automation and solid integrations (even with Invenias!!).
- The workflows ensure consultants can do things in the most efficient way possible while ensuring data accuracy.
- The databases they access for contact information are strong and complement, or outperform, other sources.
- It's being improved constantly and new features keep coming that have tangible value and are not just "new features for the sake of new features".
- Very clear ROI. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
So far, there is nothing we dislike that hasn't since been upgraded or fixed. Anything we feel could be improved we raise and generally we get told it's in the pipeline to change/add, or we'll discuss it with the SourceWhale team in more detail to see if it's possible to include. The ability to pick up the phone and talk things through is excellent (and rare) and something that certainly sets the team apart in my opinion. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
SourceWhale has an innovative design and great functionality. I've been able to utilize it to improve and speed up my process rather than change it. I save 2-3 hours each day from automating email follow-ups, LI activity, and reporting. The team is incredibly responsive and has added multiple features I've requested in a matter of days. The Diversity and Inclusion stats are also a huge plus which our clients love. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There have been a few bugs with some of the new features, though they do get ironed out quickly. You also cannot view the SourceWhale Dashboard on Mobile/App, which is something that I'd like to see. Finally, some of the data pulled through from the 3rd party providers is not always 100% accurate. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

There is a perfect integration with other tools like Linkedin, Recruiterflow.

The support team isn't always ready to solve problems; it seems to take more time than it usually takes within other platforms Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I've demoed / trialed / used other outreach automation tools - SourceWhale is the best I've come across so far. There's a lot to like:
(1) Customer service is top-notch. The SW team is responsive and listens to feature requests. Within my first ~6 weeks of use, they took several of my requests and added them as features.
(2) While most of my outreach messaging was via email, I typically do at least one InMail and one LI connection request in a campaign. While I don't believe these things can be fully automated, SW streamlined those workflows very effectively.
(3) Several custom variable fields available to use in outreach, which provides a lot of flexibility.
(3) Browser extension is smooth and fast.
(4) Contact info finding feature which, in my opinion, was solid. 100 credits/month.
(5) A user can add variables to images / memes.
Goes without saying, but levering a tool like SourceWhale saves hours of time per week and it automates highly-manual outreach processes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Compared to other similar tools (eg. Interseller), there is a slightly higher learning curve with SourceWhale - It's not complicated or difficult to learn by any means, but I did find myself with a slightly higher ramp time on learning how some workflows around campaigns, steps, the timing of those steps, etc. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I have always struggled to find a tool that can quickly and easily navigate through LinkedIn, Seekout and other sourcing tools I use, without leaving the page. Sourcewhale has helped me get this fixed. I am able to source and send emails without leaving the page. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There is not much to dislike. Like all new software, features are always evolving. However, Tim, Hari and Ben are always bending backwards to help, demo and listen to all feedback to help individual needs to be met. They are the best customer service team in the business. Good software is useless without good customer support/service. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The automation has been incredibly useful. Setting up campaigns which send the emails on our behalf, log the stats and send pre-prepared follows. Excellent. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Unlike emails, Inmails are not automated. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Been in the recruitment/sales industry for 3 years, and the most essential aspect to the job is the follow ups. We're all (mostly) human so a lot of the time we forget to follow up, and even when we do it's a manual chore. Well not anymore. Sourcewhale is fantastic and ensures I never miss my follow ups, because it's impossible to do so with the handy bit of tech. Not only is the technology great, but Sourcehwles leaders and support team genuinely understand and listen to any feedback we give, and implement the necessary changes and customizations almost immediately. I'm so happy my organisation have it, which is a testament to how great both companies are and their future. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Anything I dislike is soon modified to our liking by the great support team, and anything I still dislike after that is probably me not understanding how it works yet. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
