I like that it keeps my contacts organized and easily shows where they are in process and what to do next. Being consistent with campaign calls, e-mails, messages, etc. is near impossible with a huge database like ours. Sourcewhale makes it as easy as checking off a To Do list! I also love all of the data available on the dashboard and availability to see clicks and opens. The lack of crossover of new CC info (phone numbers, emails, etc.) from sourcewhale to BH. There are a few other sporadic inconsistancies of sharing information between the 2 platforms but not too many Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I’ve told others that I consider SourceWhale my "first hire" for my independent recruiting business. While there’s some upfront effort to customize it to my needs, the setup process is straightforward, and once it's running, it far exceeds my expectations. The platform is incredibly intuitive, making it easy to implement into my workflow without disrupting my daily tasks.
The live feed of my campaigns is a game-changer—I can see real-time opens and clicks, which is a huge value add. But my absolute favorite feature? The "To-Do" section. Not a knock on SourceWhale—I just wish I could integrate it with my company’s BullHorn CRM. Unfortunately, as a 1099 contractor and solo member, that’s not an option. Several features still require additional development to enhance their functionality. However, I believe that many of these improvements are currently underway. It is essential for us to gather better data to gain insights into who is interacting with our communications. SourceWhale does exactly what it says it will, and it does it really well
The integration with your CRM (Bullhorn in our case) is seamless, and the amount of time it's saved us by automatically tracking activity is great - our consultants now spend way less time doing admin, and way more time actually recruiting
The tool itself works like a great daily planner for our consultants - we're not big on mass-spam automation, but we still love SourceWhale - our consultants log in every day, do their calls and their follow-ups on LinkedIn, and never miss out as a result

There really isn't anything to dislike at this point - we're 1 year into our time with SourceWhale, and there hasn't been an issue that wasn't addressed and solved. I use SourceWhale daily to help streamline my recruiting efforts. It saves me so much time and I can quickly analyze how my campaign is performing. I also really like the extension and and use it to add candidates straight from Linkedin into Bullhorn, our ATS. At a quick glance I can see if they are already in our system, and I have their phone number(s) and email(s) in seconds as well. I really like the platform as a whole. If I had one gripe it is that once I search for a particular candidate to make an update to them, like stopping their campaign, I have to refresh or it will keep those candidates and will want me to apply a task to all the people I have recently searched. We are a small firm so the ability to easily build contact outreach campaigns that automate some of our outreach is awesome. It easily integrates with our ATS, Crelate so that is a plus. It's allowed us to cover more ground. The best thing that I love about it for myself and my recruiters is that your call plan is mostly built when you walk in the door and sit down. It has a function that tells you what steps in the sequence are due whether that is a phone call, a text, an email or LinkedIn message.
It's also very user friendly. We tried other sequencing software and some of them were too many steps and not as user friendly. You can literally sit down and start using Sourcewhale. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Sourcewhale is a feature-rich sales and recruiting enablement system that tightly integrates with our chosen ATS, Bullhorn. Its intuitive interface allows our full-desk recruiters to quickly (and frequently) design and execute their business development and sourcing campaigns easily. The Chrome add-in allows recruiters to quickly build targeted lists from within the ATS or LinkedIn.
SourceWhale's customer success team provides excellent training and the support reps are knowledgeable and responsive.

There is not much to dislike. There is a minor issue with the UX/UI: when clicking on a particular campaign after filtering the view within the campaign area, the system resets to the original view rather than the filtered view. SourceWhale is most helpful to me for BD and recruiting. Starting in recruiting this year, organizing the things I need to do daily is so much easier with the tools in SourceWhale. My first-ever client contract came from my SourceWhale campaign. The more I learn how to use the tools and resources, the better it gets! The To-Do's, customizable steps, and AI assistance are excellent. I was also pretty surprised they offer live, remote training - I've learned a ton in just two sessions! I use SourceWhale daily now.
