What do you like best about Soldo?

I appreciate thef lexibility of Soldo and the intuitive nature of the system. The presentation is professional and accessible and when I am sharing it with hundreds of colleagues I have faith that they see it as a professional and easy to use.

The customer support aspect from both a development perspective and the ad-hoc queries submitted through the chat function are great Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Soldo?

Soldo is a flexible malleable system but it is let down by the inability to report. We have upgraded to Enterprise and I can now, for example, create bulk rules for cards - great! But I am unable to review this data to understand how many colleagues are in each group. This lack of insight means a lot of administration outside of the system. What do you like best about Soldo?

I like how easy it is for users to block the card etc., which is really good for Security. The customer support has been brilliant. I have always found it easy to get in contact with someone when I have needed it, and the implementation was made easy with the calls. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Soldo?

I have found it all very good. I found it slightly complicated at first, howeverm as i have used it I have found ti much easier and really like it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Soldo?

Soldo does a really good job of automating petty cash processes and allows us to set up automatic top-ups and integration with our ERP system. This makes it an easy process for finance teams and allows us to refocus our time elsewhere. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Soldo?

I think there is potential for the reporting aspect to improve with Soldo. In this ever-changing world we are seeing visual reporting becoming more important and this further makes the process easier to use for the user if visual dynamics were in place. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Soldo?

The customer service provided by our relationship Manager is excellent, he provides hands on support which has been very helpful with the launch of Soldo card.Soldo are continously improving features. The platform and the app are easy to use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Soldo?

Soldo Funds request feature should show which Card are the funds being requested for.

As we have about 400 card users, it can get difficult for us to contact them via email to request further information about the expense. It would be helpful if we could send an email or messgae regarding a transaction directly from Soldo portal. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Soldo?

The soldo implemantation process was working fast and easy in cooperation with our coustomer success manager. We have been supported with training sessions for the admins and the users. The Soldo Web-console and the Soldo App are both very user friendly. The functions are easy to understand and to use. The differnet functions in the system give us the opportunity to create the account as we need it for our company with custom made roles and permissions, our own review process, custom made lists, reports etc. The Soldo team is always very helpful if something isn´t working or if I need help with anything in the system. The replys are very fast and always helpful. Our coustomer success manager Alex is working very closely with us and keeps us updated about new updates, new functions and improvements in the system. What do you like best about Soldo?

Easy to use for frontline staff, good reporting for the back office. Straightforward to set up and now we have the virtual cards no-one can lose them! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Soldo?

Very inutitive. Easy to use. Prject Manager support excellent. Ability to upload receipts and connect to Apple pay. Ability to drag and drop receipts in. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Soldo?

Soldo provides us a more efficient and timesaving way to manage the expenses. With each production having its budget in a separate Soldo wallet with dedicated cards for each user, we instantly have clear visibility of spend per production. It's reduced our need for cash and allowed us to track spend as it happens from anywhere in the world. Soldo has also simplified approvals and reporting processes too.
