Easy to learn/understand - using blocks to build a website. I love that it connects to Airtable, which I use for all internal CRM tracking - Softr makes it super easy! The team is also incredibly responsive so if you ever have a question, you can reach out and they will support you. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

There are a number of things that I love about Softr, but the thing I find most useful is their responsiveness to feedback and feature updates based on that feedback. I have been using Softr for over two years now, and it has gotten easier and easier to use and build, both because of their live support and the improvements of functionality. I am building is Softr every single day. I especially like some of the newer features, which I had been hoping for for a long time, like container blocks (which allow for more side-by-side blocks, and tab containers. There is not too much that I dislike about Softr, mostly because they have shown that they are always working towards improving their product to best meet the needs of users and builders. Sometimes when they are beta-testing new features or updates, I see something doesn't quite flow the way I expect it to, but then I remember it is just beta and it will improve. The application is extremely easy to use and very intuitive. The features are pretty basic but for most situations that is all you need. There are many ways to expand the basic functionality by performing simple integrations with other best of breed tools. Customer support seems pretty fast for urgent issues. It is a no code builder, it is not a development platform requiring coding and too much thought process like most no code builders require. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The user interface is pretty slow at times when querying Airtable data. It makes sense that there would be some speed issues given Softr performance relies on Airtable's performance, but some other SAAS providers don't seem to have such similar visible issues. Theme editing is very simple in terms of global settings for an application, alot of changes that should be made at the global level need to be made at the object level. Form building isn't the best experience but you can use other applications better suited to these tasks and nearly seamlessly integrate them with the Softr end user experience. What I appreciate most is how seamlessly it integrates with Airtable, making data management and dynamic content updates effortless. The drag-and-drop interface is user-friendly, yet flexible enough to create professional-looking applications. Additionally, the support team is responsive and helpful, I like how they address any issues or questions quickly. In terms of frequency of use, I rely on Softr daily for managing projects and creating web apps. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
One limitation is the customization flexibility—although the drag-and-drop builder is intuitive, advanced design and functionality tweaks can sometimes feel restrictive without custom code. More native styling options and deeper integrations would make it even more versatile. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Easy to use, quick to build, and highly flexible thanks to its customizable blocks. The native API integration with HubSpot is a game-changer, saving us a lot of time. The customer service is outstanding—I almost always get a response immediately, even on weekends—so whenever I get stuck, I can resolve it and move forward quickly. Not that much. It’s just that it takes a second or two to load information from HubSpot when I update a property, but overall, it’s manageable. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I like the neat user interface and I'm used to the "block" approach softr.io employs from building website. What astonishes me most though is the deep integration with Airtable and Notion. When it comes to implemenation, it's literally clicking three times and your data is connected. How cool is that? And I do love the fact that I don't have to pay anymore airtable seats for new users. This does save a lot of money. And their customer support is fast and helpful.
For my AI automation business, softr.io has become an essential peace in the tool box. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
to be honest: no downsides found so far. Sorry Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The primary reason I decided to use Softr was for it's user access management system. You can easily make groups of users based on conditions in your data base and then give each group access to specific pages based on user group. The magic link system is simple and streamlined for users that are not always adept at using computers.
In addition the connection to the data base is plug and play. Feeding data to a data base from forms is super easy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The primary improvement that I would like to see is the ability to run a custom code block that has react.js or some other styling support. There have been a couple of situation that it made more sense to write my own code for a section and the styling support is essentially vanilla css and js. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The simplicity of setting up digital apps is mind-blowing. Softr really makes it easy to set up a nice-looking and interactive front-end for your data.
They are constantly introducing new features and involving the community, so even if they don't have some feature, it's probably already on their pipeline.
Their customer support is very quick to reply and they really want to help, so even if something does not work they fix it almost immediately.
I really enjoy the look of Softr, it does have it's own quite recognizable look, but it actually looks very sleek and modern, so it's toatlly fine. They also handle user authentication for you, which is very time-saving, and they just make everything seem so easy, which really helps to jump directly inyo development.
You can build and amazing looking simple app in matter of several hours and it just works. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There are some limitations that might be frustrating, but this is self-explainatory is the tool is farely new and is designed to be simple. The pricing could be more-friendly, especially as the difference between Basic and Professional is huge, and if you want a Calendar building block, you have to go with Professional, although it should be a very standard building block. The framework has the right level of balance between restrictions and free movement. The guidelines are clear. The build of the interface is very easy. The pairing with external services is great. The biggest part is to work your data bases, so out of Softr's control.
User management, customization, code features, tools, restrictions... Everything works great. If you need to build a first website+plateforme with your project consider Softr. If you need to start a portal to connect with colleagues, sport team, small community. All is made for you to start it fast and good with no surprises.
Kudos to the support team that is the most efficient I've seen of all my experiences. Clear feedback, fast and friendly. Also the community is strong and you can rely on youtube tutorials and well structured community platform.
Implementation and integration is a breeze. I use the platform info on a daily basis even though I need to modify content barely. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I'd like to see more of an open source community to produce features.
Old features are very different from new ones and sometimes the new features lack the flexibility of the old ones.
The voting/likes/upvote feature-block is rusty and clunky. I hope we get a functional one soon. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Finally i can update only one database in notion and everything is already set to work, i really like the idea of working centralized, is very easy to integrate with notion, 3 steps and everything works, i use it daily. about the customer support, i didn´t have to call them not once cause is super user friendly Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
i don´t like the lack of personalization for the web i make, i mean, it has personalization but is not enought, you cannot move things freely, is what they have and that is it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Easy to use. Functional. I love that adding HTML tags made it easy to create live links in the text fields within blocks. Connecting it to Airtable was a breeze. Editing the site is super easy and I love the preview function. I ran into a snag while publishing because of outdated DNS records in my Godaddy account. A live chat had the issue solved quickly and my site is live! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The only downsides I ran into were related to customization and user numbers because of my pay level, but that was to be expected. This is a great platform and I hope to be able to afford to use it to its fullest with my next project. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
