What do you like best about SocialBee?

We have only recently signed up with SocialBee, but so far we have found the platform and reporting very user friendly and informative. We only receive the information that is helpful; so far there has been no swamping in our inbox! What do you like best about SocialBee?

I love that I can organize my posts into categories. Everything is in one place, but structured. Also, I can re-use content, that I once created easily! Such a time-saver!

It was easy to set-up and integrate with my social media accounts, so I didn't need the help of customer support. However, I have participated in a free online workshop which I found super helpful and gave me a bunch of new content ideas!

I find it especially helpful that I can set everything up and then don't have to worry about it - it will just get posted as scheduled, no matter whether I'm sick, on vacation, busy ... Pretty awesome! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about SocialBee?

I don't really dislike anything. One thing that I did struggle with a bit is that it took me some time to organize my content into categories. I'm actually still working on it and in the process of figuring out what works best for me and my accounts. I find you can't just start and post - you have to put some thought into it. But then, that's the better strategy for posting on social media anyway :-) And if you have content buckets or something like that set up, then you're pretty much good to go. What do you like best about SocialBee?

1) It's the only Social Media scheduler that fits with how I think about scheduling social media posts.

2) It's the only one I found that offers multiple queues (categories in SocialBee).

3) It makes it easy to cycle through evergreen content (setting the category to requeue a post).

4) The post editor offers both customizations (per Social Media channel) and variations and it will automatically cycle through the variations when it's in an evergreen category.

5) Their customer support is second to none. Very competent, supportive, and generous. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about SocialBee?

What do you like best about SocialBee?

The convenience of being able to schedule content in one easy-to-use interface. The integrations are well thought out and perform well with my requirements. Finally, the innovations that keep coming from Socialbee's team show me that they are putting effort into continually making the product fresh and improved, which is huge for me. What do you dislike about SocialBee?

Althought there is canva integration it only allows for one image and the editor is a little basic, kind of like a Canva lite (at least that's what I experienced the last time I used it). What do you like best about SocialBee?

The evergreen posting strategy means that mutliple different content types can be scheduled, and populated in bespoke queues to be posted and reused efficiently and effectively, seamlessly managing multiple social media accounts and hundreds of posts.

Not only is scheduling posts easy, but every day, one of posts can be made efficiently, and customised for each social media platform.

Socialbee is in use daily, and without it managing mutliple social media sites would be far more difficult. Integrating and implementing it was easy and it has not failed me once. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about SocialBee?

There are a few features that are lacking, most notable would be the ability to interrupt scheduled posting, so that an evergreen posting schedule can me maintained, but paused automatically, for a day when an alternate post needs to be scheduled which is not part of that schedule.

Additionally, some posts, can take some time to go live after the publish button is hit, but it is still reasonable considering simultaneous posting across multiple platforms. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about SocialBee?

Social Bee is an excellent app for managing general social media posts for our different business units! It has significantly saved us time from having to log into various platforms each day. What do you like best about SocialBee?

It makes it easier to organise my MANY lists of things to do. Taking the stress away from me. It supports creative mind as I'm no longer concerning myself with remembering the many facets of my business. I recommend Social Bee to anyone who runs their own business. What do you like best about SocialBee?

I love the customer support and all the education the team provides regarding the constant updates. I love how easy it is to upload, schedule, see my analytics, manage all my conversations across platforms and create monthly reports for my clients and myself! What do you like best about SocialBee?

Social bee saves me hours every single week by automating a lot of the tasks I need to do in regards to posting and curating content. The AI featuers are really good too, and will most likely get even better. Whenever I am stuck with something the staff are always extremely helpful and responsive too. SocialBee is the most easiest product and team to work with, they always have my back!

They have always been spot on both with the product and customer support.

Easy to set up and the number of features to make posting easy and take less time out of our busy days. It integrates with all my accounts seamlesslessly and post to my specified frequency.
