Top Rated SocialBee Alternatives
I love that I can organize my posts into categories. Everything is in one place, but structured. Also, I can re-use content, that I once created easily! Such a time-saver!
It was easy to set-up and integrate with my social media accounts, so I didn't need the help of customer support. However, I have participated in a free online workshop which I found super helpful and gave me a bunch of new content ideas!
I find it especially helpful that I can set everything up and then don't have to worry about it - it will just get posted as scheduled, no matter whether I'm sick, on vacation, busy ... Pretty awesome! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I don't really dislike anything. One thing that I did struggle with a bit is that it took me some time to organize my content into categories. I'm actually still working on it and in the process of figuring out what works best for me and my accounts. I find you can't just start and post - you have to put some thought into it. But then, that's the better strategy for posting on social media anyway :-) And if you have content buckets or something like that set up, then you're pretty much good to go. I like the ability to post on multiple platforms from one place. The dashboard will prompt you if you need to make changes to comply with a certain channels rules. Getting started was a breeze as well. Once you connect your accounts, you are ready to start posting your content.
I like the personal response to the feedback I shared. Any type of support I've needed has been helpful and quick.
I'm looking forward to using this more strategically. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The only thing I dislike is not having the amount of content necessary to really capitalize on this tool. When upgrading to a plan with more accounts, it wasn't clearly stated that you would pay a prorated amount for the upgrade. i.e. the 5 account plan to the 10 account plan. If you’re a small business owner struggling with social media, SocialBee is a game-changer! I had no idea where to start with posting consistently, and hiring a social media manager just wasn’t an option. SocialBee made everything simple and manageable, and the support team went above and beyond to help me get set up and running. I never expected such hands-on assistance from a scheduling tool, but they genuinely care about their users' success. Can’t recommend it highly enough! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I'm on the other side of the world to their offices, so I can't join in the webinars when they are live - but happily, I can watch the recordings! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
SocialBee makes organizing my content easier with its hashtag collections and category-based scheduling, which helps me make sure my posts align with my content pillars. One of the features I appreciate is how it automatically determines whether a YouTube video should be a Short or a full-length video based on the length and orientation of the video—saving me time. The platform would be even better if it allowed me to preview my imported media before posting. Additionally, lack of Dropbox integration means I have to manually upload content, which adds an extra step to my workflow. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I absolutely love working with SocialBee! As solopreneurs and small business owners, my husband and I have found it packed with features that truly make social media easier and more manageable. I’m always learning something new on the platform, and the experience keeps getting better. The support team is incredible - kind, quick to respond and genuinely helpful. Every time I have a question, they make me feel completely understood and supported. Their webinars are a fantastic bonus, full of insights to help us grow. I can’t recommend SocialBee enough to anyone looking for a dependable, supportive tool for social media success! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
SocialBee has a lot to offer, but it can feel quite complex initially. With so many features, it takes a bit of time to get comfortable navigating everything. However, the support team has been fantastic—they’re quick to respond, patient, and always ready to help with any questions. The webinars are also a great resource to guide you through each tool. Being able to re-use content among all platforms. It makes posting frequently a breeze instead of what used to be a huge undertaking. The live demo is incredibly helpful when getting started! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Takes some time to learn how to navigate but that is expected given the comprehensive features. I recommend doing the live demo! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Social Bee is a great all-in-one solution for social media management, especially for startups and agencies. I love that it offers competitive pricing while providing all the essential tools: analytics, automatic posting, AI features, and more. It streamlines the entire process of managing social media accounts, saving time and effort. The comprehensive nature of the platform, combined with its affordability, makes it a standout choice for efficiently handling social media presence. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The text formatting capabilities are limited, especially when dealing with longer content. The copy-pasting doesn't transfer formatting well, which can be time-consuming when you're trying to maintain consistent styling across posts. This issue makes it challenging to work with more complex or lengthy text content. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I've tried a few social posting management solutions, and what I love about Social Bee is that you can tag your post with a category and schedule it by category. It makes it easy to create 30 posts that are "quotations" and put them in an ongoing rotation to post twice a week, for example, and then another category, "case studies" or "launch sequence," and schedule them separately. Then, see them all on a calendar!
I have posts going out several times a week, and I don't have to touch it.
Also easy to integrate RSS feeds into the mix so my podcasts and blog posts are automatically picked up.
Chrome extension makes it easy to quickly do a post at the moment.
Very cool.
Oh, and automation with zapier and pabbly seal the deal. I can create a post that automatically announces when new members join my organization. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I think the hashtag collection features need a bit better integration and it took a minute to figure out the framing of categories to posts, but once the lightbulb went off, I was in. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I've spent the past couple of months trying out most of the social media schedulers out there, searching for the functionalities and automation I need. I'm trying to automate as much as possible, set up very varied categories of content, and then have those publish at specific set times and patterns. I was thrilled to find that SocialBee not only has them all, but they're setup exactly the way my brain thinks about them. It's a giant relief to have come across them.
The support resources for learning the product are excellent, and the team seems super responsive and genuinely interested in bettering the product. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
As a solo entrepreneur I was hoping for the pricing to be a bit less, but it's manageable and justifiable. I'm using the mid-tier as I want more platforms.
The service/product UI could use a bit of a refresh visually just for user pleasantness, but it's all very clear and easy to follow.
I think their visual branding could be improved, the web pages come across as a tad bit dated and not as appealing as some competitors. This of course has no bearing on the product itself. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Our favorite feature of SocialBee is the ability to re-queue our evergreen content. However, the new AI features are quickly gaining our attention and will be used to help us create content specific to each platform. The built-in image editor also speeds up our workflow by not having to go to another platform or use another tool to create customized sizes of images for each platform. When I have had an issue, SocialBee has been quick to respond and resolve. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I would like to see a different Dashboard upon logging in that would be more helpful to my business needs and goals. Also analytics aren't available for all social meda platforms. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
