What problems is SocialBee solving and how is that benefiting you?

Before working with SocialBee, I had been wanting to share daily value posts across all my social media profiles for a long time, however, I never managed to get this done consistently.

What do you like best about SocialBee?

We have been using SocialBee for number of years now, and it has significantly improved our social media management process. The platform is incredibly user friendly and offers a wide range of features that make scheduling and posting content a breeze.

One of the standout features is the ability to categorize posts, which helps keep our content organized and ensures a balanced mix of different types of posts. The automation tools are also good, saving me a lot of time and effort and are included free of charge.

What do you like best about SocialBee?

We recently started using SocialBee for our social media management at Grounded. As a small new (only two years old) non-profit we are finding SocialBee a breath of fresh air in streamlining our social media. Customer service has been excellent, the webinar tutorials invaluable especially for the initial setup.

What we love the most is the ease of use and ability categorize content which aligns with our broader digital strategey.

What do you dislike about SocialBee?

Tbh, nothing yet, SocialBee is such a great fit with our small non-profit. They have a changelog which shows fixes to any issues as well as new things they are brining to the platform. We are on the Bootstrap Plan and maybe the only dislike is not being able to download our analytic reports. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Before using SocialBee, we faced several challenges with our social media management that SocialBee has been a blessing in resolving for us including a great scheduler–we used to manually scheduling posts across multiple platforms which was eating up way too many precious work hours–and content categories–love being able to keep track of evergreen content. What do you like best about SocialBee?

I like the ability to post on multiple platforms from one place. The dashboard will prompt you if you need to make changes to comply with a certain channels rules. Getting started was a breeze as well. Once you connect your accounts, you are ready to start posting your content.

I like the personal response to the feedback I shared. Any type of support I've needed has been helpful and quick.

What do you dislike about SocialBee?

The only thing I dislike is not having the amount of content necessary to really capitalize on this tool. When upgrading to a plan with more accounts, it wasn't clearly stated that you would pay a prorated amount for the upgrade. i.e. the 5 account plan to the 10 account plan. What problems is SocialBee solving and how is that benefiting you?

SocialBee is helping me have a presence on social media! I've been attemping* to post from my phone but life doesn't allow that to happen and to stay present. With SB, I can schedule out posts after I've created the content. I can have evergreen items re-que and keep rolling while I'm working on other things, inluding sleep. If you’re a small business owner struggling with social media, SocialBee is a game-changer! I had no idea where to start with posting consistently, and hiring a social media manager just wasn’t an option. SocialBee made everything simple and manageable, and the support team went above and beyond to help me get set up and running. SocialBee has been a game-changer for Unburden Psychology, helping me stay consistent on social media without the stress or time commitment. As a psychologist, I’m not a social media expert, nor can I afford to hire one at this stage, but SocialBee makes it easy to plan, schedule, and manage content effortlessly. The level of personal support has exceeded my expectations, making social media feel manageable rather than overwhelming. What do you like best about SocialBee?

SocialBee makes organizing my content easier with its hashtag collections and category-based scheduling, which helps me make sure my posts align with my content pillars. One of the features I appreciate is how it automatically determines whether a YouTube video should be a Short or a full-length video based on the length and orientation of the video—saving me time. The copy-pasting doesn't transfer formatting well, which can be time-consuming when you're trying to maintain consistent styling across posts. What do you like best about SocialBee?

I've tried a few social posting management solutions, and what I love about Social Bee is that you can tag your post with a category and schedule it by category. It makes it easy to create 30 posts that are "quotations" and put them in an ongoing rotation to post twice a week, for example, and then another category, "case studies" or "launch sequence," and schedule them separately. Then, see them all on a calendar!

I have posts going out several times a week, and I don't have to touch it.

Also easy to integrate RSS feeds into the mix so my podcasts and blog posts are automatically picked up.

Chrome extension makes it easy to quickly do a post at the moment.

Very cool.

Oh, and automation with zapier and pabbly seal the deal. I can create a post that automatically announces when new members join my organization. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about SocialBee?

I think the hashtag collection features need a bit better integration and it took a minute to figure out the framing of categories to posts, but once the lightbulb went off, I was in. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
