We are using Sobot to set up uur manual and automated test suites for APIs. We also used this tool for setting up and managing test data which is very crucial for any Test Automation Setup. We also used this tool extensively to implement service virtualization which really helps us to get started with testing a lot earlier and minimizes the downtime in Test environment. What do you like best about Sobot Omnichannel Suite?

We made intelligent outbound calls to all registered participants 3 days before our event, aiming at reminding them of attending the event with AI calling. This has increased the participation rate of the event by at least 30%, which was impressive for the event organizers. Another thing that impressed me was that besides the AI outbound voicebot, Sobot also provided us with operational services, helping us make outbound strategies and outbound calling scripts, significantly saving our time and energy. The external media functionality is great and can add a lot t the program but it could have been more user-friendly and a bit more configurable Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Sobot Omnichannel Suite solving and how is that benefiting you?

Sobot is being used in our organization as a Virtual collaboration environment to host regularly scheduled webchats that link together multiple, often international, locations with verying bandwidths and technical capabilities. Sobot is used under our Enterprise license that is shared among our headquarters and field offices. The Business progress it addressed include 'doing more with less' in terms of limiting budget to virtual platforms enabling speakers to join from home. This was also valuable for logistics as programs will be delayed due to arrival of speaker to studio. This allows for less chance of delay Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

As a media and event company, we have a large number of customers coming to our official website for consultation every day. In order to better receive customers and promote cooperation, we have partnered with Sobot. Sobot helped us deploy live chat and chatbot on our official website. Some simple FAQs are answered by chatbots, while those unsolved questions are addressed by human agents.
