What do you like best about snapADDY VisitReport?

What do you dislike about snapADDY VisitReport?

What do you like best about snapADDY VisitReport?

A thank-you email can be automatically sent out directly after putting a lead into the system with customized documents based on the questionnaire the user (me) defines.

What do you dislike about snapADDY VisitReport?

1. One has to create 2 events when doing 2 languages since one can only link one question item to one specific document for the thank you email. Technically I can set up multiple languages within one event, however this does only make sense when you send out a thank-you email WITHOUT linked documents.

2. If I want to force participants to fill in questions, I can do so by making a question a required question. I can also make a depending question (only visible once a specific answer to a prior question) a required question. But then VisitReport may show an error when exporting the lead from the snapADDY backend to SAP (in our case) because participants may not see this question when they do not choose the option which in turn makes the depending question visible. Thus the option to actually mark a depending question as "required" does not make sense. To me that is error-prone... Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is snapADDY VisitReport solving and how is that benefiting you?

snapADDY helps to check dublettes before exporting the leads to our CRM (SAP). Howver, this is still quite labour-intense. I expected this to be a little more intuitive / automatic. It makes sense to check these manually, though I still thought there would be a smarter solution here. What do you like best about snapADDY VisitReport?

We have used snapADDY VisitReport for 3 years now at all our trade shows and events. Building a custom template/questionnaire and sharing it with the team where everyone can use it on their phones is really easy. The data captured is directly transferred into our Dynamics CRMs system as new Leads. VisitReport also allows to automatically in the background search for existing accounts and contacts in the CRM and then suggests to update them instead of create new duplicates.

For tradeshows where we don't know who will show it, the ability to scan a business cards is a key feature. Some tradeshow organizers now use their own tablet/systems with QR codes, but snapADDY still helps us, because we can look up the QR code with the tradeshow organizer's system and then simply take a picture with snapADDY of the display on the tablet and it still automatically recognizes the full address and contact details without having to type anything.

For events where our customers register first, the ability to upload the registration list allows us to take pictures of name badges and then add our discussion comments and follow up actions directly in the VisitReport app.

The tool is also helpful for customer sales visits where our sales team can use VisitReport to capture business cards and additional custom questionnaire information to be fed back to our CRM system. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about snapADDY VisitReport?

The few issues we have incurred have all been addressed promptly by snapADDY. There is really nothing that we don't like or that doesn't work. Getting single sign on with Azure AD to work on our company phones was the biggest hurdle, but was more due to our phone architecture and not due to lacking support from snapADDY. What problems is snapADDY VisitReport solving and how is that benefiting you?

Previously we captured Leads at trade shows and Events using Paper which then took a long time to process + we had to try to decipher hand written notes. It also took about 3-4 days after an event until the Leads were finally in our CRM, ready for follow up.

Now with snapADDY VisitReport we have the Leads in our CRM the SAME DAY as the interaction took place and our sales team can follow up instantly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
