What do you dislike about SMS-iT?

For what I've paid for the product, there are no downsides; the product has been a great value for the price. The company has a roadmap with a lot of AI features, and those will take time to implement. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is SMS-iT solving and how is that benefiting you?

The product has been very useful in reaching voters via text and calling at a low set price. After uploading a segmented database of our voters, and providing some basic instructions, it benefits me by allowing others in my organization to directly make contact with our voters. No more working with third-party vendors and the back-and-forth that goes into running a campaign.
