It is a very flexible and efficient tool, it is easily adaptable, it understands all our commercial and operational needs, I really like the variety of configuration tools it offers and at the same time it allows us to add new functionalities. Open Smartflex offers APIs for easy integration and access to data from different platforms, integrates very well with other systems, allows us to manage the inventory of the network and the supply of products and services of our customers among others. The only thing I dislike about Open Smartflex CIS is that it consumes a lot of resources and at the time it is being used it tends to slow down other processes being carried out on other applications, which can sometimes be a bit annoying when providing support to a client, because the response times can be longer. Open SmartFlex is a comprehensive tool that allows us to efficiently manage both commercial and operational processes, which translates into faster execution. Thanks to this system, we can quickly access all of our clients' information (invoicing, contracts, supplies, equipment, among others), it provides us with a broader vision of our clients and allows us to advise them in a timely manner and resolve any doubts they may have in a short time so they can make decisions more quickly. I love how we coordinate all customer processes, which allows us to create seamless, pleasant and smooth experiences. This system also gives us all the tools to develop strategies that exceed user expectations and facilitate better business relationships so they can be happy and satisfied. In our support department, we use four fundamental tools to carry out many of the processes related to our customers: Interaction Client, SIGT, SMQR and Open smartFlex However, we have noticed on several occasions that when using Open SmartFlex, the performance of these tools is significantly reduced. Open SmartFlex seems to consume most of the computer's resources, making it almost impossible to perform any processing. This forces us to restart the computer and restart all the tools, slows down the execution of operations and increases the online waiting time for our customers. Open SmartFlex allows us to provide better support to telecommunications and utility services; it already includes an excellent customer information system (CIS); Open SmartFlex is based on rules; it is a very flexible and robust solution at the same time and has a high capacity to configure new processes through intelligent workflows, I like their query methods such as fsus for contract queries and foec for statements because they are accurate. Open SmartFlex also includes in a single platform all the tools and processes needed to create unique experiences for our customers; all of them are at our disposal, allowing us to optimize business processes. Open SmartFlex allowed us to improve all our omnichannel customer service operations, increase the efficiency of our work team (effective and agile management) and make it easier for us to create intelligent work processes. I like how innovative its functions are; Open Smartflex modernized all our systems, and the truth is that using this excellent tool, it is easy for us to offer a better service to our customers; its flexibility and perfect integration with CIS and CRM tools seems incredible to me, plus the fact that everything runs in the same database is fantastic because everything is updated in every commercial and operational interaction; which allows us to keep our processes aligned in the same direction. There is nothing I don't like about Open SmartFlex and the specialized support service it offers, really the few problems that have arisen have been solved in a short time with Open's technical staff, who are the ones who have access to the source code of the tool; the truth is that they have been very timely and agile to solve them, so we feel very comfortable and grateful. I like the idea of having everything under one software platform. I like the homogeneity of its architecture. Open smartFlex integrates all of our client's information, which allows us to carry out commercial and operational management promptly and in real-time, including sales processes, management of requests, complaints and claims, consumption measurement management, billing, collection, geographic inventory, supplies and field operations in the different networks. I am impressed by the robustness of this tool and the excellent functional and technical capabilities it offers; I admire the efficiency of its billing rules engine and the accuracy of the query methods. Open SmartFlex is yet another ally that helps simplify and streamline our work. Sometimes Open SmartFlex is not automatically synchronized with other tools, which can generate a lot of confusion, for example in cases where the customer is up to date with his billing and calls to report a breakdown in his IPTV service, if Open SmartFlex has not been automatically synchronized with our incident management tool (GS and SMQR) and registers as not active due to non-payment of billing, the system itself does not allow any action to be taken, making it impossible to provide any assistance to the customer at that time; This, which can be annoying and cause impotence, is something that happens very sporadically and does not overshadow the excellent operation and performance of this tool. I love the flexibility and autonomy it provides for product and service modeling, which makes it easier for us to include and offer new business plans quickly; I love the functional robustness and features that OpenSmartFlex provides; it allows us to offer multiple channels to maintain fluid communication with customers, it also allowed us to improve the quality of customer care and support, I love the customized self-service processes it provides, Open SmartFlex allowed us to improve the targeting and increase the profitability of the programs and products we offer in our company. It is a great holistic solution that facilitates the complete tracking of the customer journey (invoicing, service delivery, and equipment, among others). I praise its flexibility and scalability that this tool provides us to attend in an agile and effective way the different operational changes, and its excellent integration with CIS tools, CRM, and GIS systems, which prevents us from having to switch between applications to complete a process and most importantly, all on the same database and in real-time, which helps us in reducing processing times and execution of tasks. Last but not least, it has allowed us to achieve a 70% increase in operational optimization and customer satisfaction, because now we attend to and solve their requests in a more timely manner, really Open SmartFlex allowed us to be more competitive in our market. I have noticed that it requires constant training and long practice times for new users to achieve greater agility and dexterity in its use, in addition there is very little reinforcement material available on the network which further limits learning, I consider it very useful to have more support material for beginners. So far there have been few problems with the use of Open SmartFlex, if we have noticed on occasions that the synchronization of this tool with other operational and management tools is not always done automatically which means for us to perform manual and complex query maneuvers that involve much more time in the acquisition of information, on the other hand there is very little information available on the network on the use and functions of this tool, which I think it would be beneficial to have access to more information to take better advantage of this tool as it has an impressive scope.
