Its a best solution for Financial and lose checking of the company mostly big company, where financial management is too difficult. From this Application customer get his bills timely. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It's too expensive an application, and it is too difficult to manage; too many resources are needed to manage this application, and licenses are also costly; due to this, some companies refuse to implement it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

CC&B has allowed EPE to configure rates in timely manner. It's a perfect solution for utilities with mid size and large enterprise customer base. User Experience a great. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Oracle Utilities Customer Care and Billing Solutions?

To much customization is required to make even the mirror changes in daily work flow. There are limitiations in the base product, like separate databases for CCB/MDM/MWM. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Oracle Utilities Customer Care and Billing Solutions solving and how is that benefiting you?

Flexibility and extensibility, particularly within CC&B is the biggest benefit of this solution. Provides support for base rate charges, consumption readings, and demand readings. Billing for multiple services and locations can be consolidated into one bill or multiple bills (by service or location) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
