What do you like best about Smart Retailer?

I have found Simplixi to be a good way to have a professional and modern looking website set up in no time. That is why I like the fact that they provide integrations with other related tools to enhance the experience of being on the Website. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Smart Retailer?

They appear to have few options when it comes to the content management systems (CMS). This absence of open-source options like WordPress could be seen as a limitation for users who need to customize and manage their site in the future. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Smart Retailer solving and how is that benefiting you?

Simplixi also involves one in the cumbersome process of creating a website from the ground up. They help me make my website unique and professional in a fast and easy way due to their variety of templates and specially selected designers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Smart Retailer?

It has been helpful to have Smart Retailer for my small retail store, especially when making decisions about buying products to sell in the store. Control of every single item … Having barcodes for every part allows it to be managed easily. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Smart Retailer?

The pre-defined reports include elementary information about the available stocks, or sale percentages and returns, but cannot generate a report from selected fields or styles. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Smart Retailer solving and how is that benefiting you?

With Smart Retailer, most of the time-consuming functions involved in inventory management in my retail store are effectively excluded. Each item is barcoded, making it easier for stock control and timely stock takes are made with a lot of ease. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"A well designed, easy to use platform for retailers"

What do you like best about Smart Retailer?

The app manages every components of retail business including inventory management, sales team management, supplier management and more. Also, it allows you to manage customers and get insights into their purchasing behaviour. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Smart Retailer?

Although the app has almost all the basic functions for retailers, the app lacks some of the common accounting features. Adding a few accounting features will certainly make this platform better and inclusive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Smart Retailer solving and how is that benefiting you?

We used the platform for our electronics business and it helped us a lot in managing retail customers. We were able to better manage inventory as well as understand our customers which ultimately helped us better plan our business strategy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
