What do you like best about SleekFlow?

After using SleekFlow for the past three months, I can confidently say it's a fantastic tool that meets all my needs. One feature that really stands out is its ability to identify inbound chats from Meta ads or Click-to-WhatsApp campaigns (CTWA). I've tried several omnichannel tools, but SleekFlow is the only one that pinpoints the exact ad source, which is a game-changer for me. The flow builder, API integrations, and AI functionalities have been incredibly helpful in streamlining my processes and managing conversations more effectively.

What do you dislike about SleekFlow?

You know, the user interface could use some work. Having both v1 and v2 versions can be a bit confusing when switching between them. Also, the analytics could be better—I'd love to see more advanced options like CSV exports, customizable metrics, and detailed reporting. And honestly, the flow builder add-on is pretty pricey. What do you dislike about SleekFlow?

Hmm I once inquired if we can link the lists (showroom locations) to an external link like google maps so that people can easily start their route if their driving or planning to make a trip down but that function wasn't possible or ready yet. But i manage to find an alternative that works the same but customers has to click the link instead of being directed automatically. What do you like best about SleekFlow?

I started to use Sleekflow service not for long, starting from on-boarding, service activation, customer sucess team is very considerate and closely follow up. I like their after sales support.

SleekFlow has helped my team manages customer interactions and workflows. What do you like best about SleekFlow?

The flow builder helps a lot with reducing the workload of replying to unified answers to customers by specific condition. Customers' inquires used to be stored in separate devices held by different customer support officers which made us difficult to follow the progress and cover each other. SleekFlow enables us to set rules for assigning incoming inquiries to the right customer support officer. Customer service is good, but not available on weekends. Difficult for businesses that operates on weekends.

WhatsApp API not friendly for blasting messages if customers did not update WhatsApp app. Need to send template message first before sending our main message. If customers did not click 'read more', we can't send the main message. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about SleekFlow?

I have to send reminder message to client everyday, and their broadcast is smooth and fast. It's one of those task where you won't stress about because you know it is not going to have any problem and will just take a few minute and be done.
