What do you like best about Slang.ai?

We receive 2,500+ calls a month and the majority of the calls we receive are looking for simple information that is already provided in the FAQs section of our website. Having Slang field these calls give us the ability to take care of the guests currently inside of our restaurant while also providing solutions for our future guests. It saves us from having to staff a full-time employee to tend to phone calls, many of which we would miss anyway if we were on the other line. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Slang.ai?

I wish that Slang had a visual voicemail feature with a ticketing system that could be assigned to various people within the organization. I also dislike the limited analytics dashboard. My account manager has to send me monthly updates with the number of links clicked and clickthrough rate. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Slang.ai solving and how is that benefiting you?

We receive too many phone calls as a restaurant and Slang allows us to tend to guests within the restaurant while also answering inquiries. It allows us to do so without having to staff a position specifically for this task. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Slang.ai?

We can't be next to the phone 24x7. Especially since this location does not open till later in the day. Slang is there to answer those calls and direct them with whatever they may be asking. It's truely a must have incredible tool for our business. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Slang.ai?

They had some integration issues but a good partnership isn't formed overnight. They work hard to get things corrected. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Slang.ai solving and how is that benefiting you?

It's there to answer the phone for us both when we are not open (very important time frame) and also if the staff is overwhelmed at the moment, Slang steps in and saves the day. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
