So far, so good, even tho they haven't perfected everything, but i think like they are the best at the moment, they keep updating theri systems and that shows how much they care about their clients and their own product

Saw a few posts from a local restaurant on x(Twitter) where they received  a lot of bad reviews on how they tend to take long to pick calls or even not pick them at all , and hoped in their email to suggest a tool that can help them with this issue , as they were understaffed but still receiving a lot of requests and they liked it.

They've revolutioned how they offer service, their reservations has spiked to the point where they have to limit themselves now , but people still get their calls answered, which is something SlangAi has been solving now ....and ohhhh ; The accents are actually impressing!!!!

We are certain that Slang AI will answer the phone calls in a consistent manner. Our managers do not have to worry about phone calls and are able to run the day to day operation.

I don't see any downside at this moment but I am sure the technology will improve in no time.

Slang AI is fully integrating with our reservation system so it has help us saving on labor.

I prefer human interaction. I also don’t like basic answers and that you’re not automatically transferred to a human when AI can’t answer the question or request.
