Honestly, there's very little that I liked about Skrill. From my experience, the customer service was virtually non-existent when I needed help with an issue. The fees they charged were higher than expected, making transactions more costly than they should have been. I regret to say that my experience with Skrill has been nothing short of a nightmare. They inexplicably closed my account and withheld $200 without any valid reason. Despite numerous attempts to contact them via email, their customer service was non-existent—emails went unanswered for weeks.

After much frustration and back-and-forth, they callously decided to keep my funds without explanation or recourse. It's clear to me now that Skrill operates more like a scam than a legitimate service. Their exorbitant fees only add insult to injury.

Skrill actually makes it easier to transfer the funds througout the world and their transaction fee is comparatively low. I am really happy with their customer support as well. I strongly oppose Skrill's decision to confiscate my withdrawal right in USD and convert it into EGP currency, which would result in significant financial losses for me due to the volatile exchange rates between USD and EGP, currently priced at 44 EGP. Skrill's action disregards my right to choose the currency of my preference for my withdrawals, and its conversion policy is unfair and unjustified. Therefore, I believe that Skrill's decision violates my rights as a user and demands that they allow me to withdraw my funds in USD without any currency conversion. The Skrill MasterCard does not seem available to me as they don't seem to have my country supported for it.

The ID VERIFICATION process is literally PROHIBITIVE. I submitted my bank statement as proof of my address through their automatic system, but it was rejected, though I followed all requirements. I sent the same statement through their support email address, but they responded that they cannot process any document sent by email unless through their auto system. What sort of people in business can make life this difficult for a customer? What's wrong with a genuine document sent through your official business email? I want to be verified so I can do large-scale transactions from my affiliate programs - isn't this what Skrill needs?

Well, first of all, SKrill wasn't available in my country till recently when I discovered it supported in my country Cameroon. I found skrill on platforms globally, So I will it well recognized at the international level, and I could carry out transactions without the limitation of being a non us citizen. I can easily send money to anyone with a skrill account wherever they are in the world, and they can easily withdraw to their bank account. The least helpful about skrill is the fees; fees are incredibly high compared to other platforms providing the same services. For newbies, this won't be easy to figure out. Also, skrill allows only inter-transfer of money between the same media they create like NETeller so that I won't transfer money to other platforms like PayPal. For non-Us citizens with no us bank account, it will be almost impossible to move directly into a domestic account if it's not an Us bank account. The worst support that you can ever have. I have opened and VERIFIED my old account around 1 year. After start war in Ukraine I relocated in Poland and Skrill blocked refill. I just wrote to support that I'm living in Poland and want to restore full functionality of skrill. Support team sent me response that I should create new account and say them, they should move balance account from old to new. I did it and it was fine BUT I should one time go by verification. I sent to verification service my passport and my selfie. And from this time I saw "fine" work of customer service of Skrill. In last time I grow a BEARD and photo on my passport was without BEARD. They just said that my selfie is not the same on my passport and CLOSED MY ACCOUNT. I sent message to support service that my old service from they moved balance of money was verified and in time moving they understood that i'm the same person when they did it. After sending my money to my bank account, Skrill needs additional information like bank statements, passport, etc, which is suspicious. I can't do anything about the fact that they "froze" my account.
