Interface - They clean platform which makes it easy to get the best out of the platform. Moreover, even on the candidates' end, the interface was superior to the alternatives we had evaluated or used in the past.
Cancellation is easy - no lengthy questions or complex steps are required. In fact, they send upcoming payment reminders, which is a common practice but isn't available with all SaaS tools. 1. Their customer support documentation is not yet exhaustive. They have a prompt customer support mechanism, however extensive documentation that can be accessed easily can make the experience a notch better by removing the dependence on Skillspace.ai’s team.
