SIRP has helped us handle more security alerts in less amount of time through automation. SIRP's SOAR capabilities have allowed us to design playbooks to automate our use cases, normally handled by our analysts manually. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about SIRP?

I love how SIRP fetches useful feeds from multiple sources on one dashboard so I can avoid visiting each source individually. Besides, there are so many widgets that make sure everything I want is accessible in one click. SIRP's reporting feature is also very useful, bringing together neatly stacked data for months, it suits my reporting tasks. Another useful feature is that you can apply many filters to reach very specified information and don't have to manually calculate everything. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about SIRP?

If you leave it inactive for a while, you may have to login again. Also, for some of the customization, you will have to contact SIRP's support team, so not everything can be customized by you. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering SIRP:

If you are looking for a platform that integrates all your security products and brings you aggregated data in one place, SIRP might be it. It will save time as you can access data from many products and review them together based on priority. There's less chance of missing key information due to workload. You can also generate automatic PDFs and reports with defined templates so making your data presentable won't take time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is SIRP solving and how is that benefiting you?

I'm using it to create threat alerts and to aggregate data from multiple sources. It creates one dashboard where I can deal with data from around 40 sources. It offers specified fields and categories to be filled in for each alert, and later you can search for all alerts of one category for easily accessing statistics. It also generates a PDF for each alert automatically so template and formatting issues are no longer a problem. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about SIRP?

Excellent Support where SIRP team take the challenges heads on and find a resolution. Buying a product is easy these days but getting support for the product is difficult but SIRP support team is very agile, accurate & honest in their interactions. They set realistic expectation what the tool can do and help to fine tune the tool for optimized performance. Till now we have got the response from SIRP within 6 hours for any of our queries. Product was easy to scale up on demand. User interface of the product is good. Comparing to Palo Alto Demisto, SIRP is a better choice as we can get what we actually use as there is no reason to pay a huge price on a Security Orchestration Automated Response Tool when the actual requirement is not that heavy also when it comes to security no organization will integrate all the independent tools into Security Orchestration Automated Response Tool on the very first day without knowing how it will function. These ae the areas where SIRP was effective when it comes to making decision on Automation in security. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about SIRP?

What do you like best about SIRP?

Honestly, everything. SIRP has been a game changer for us. We were managing all our security incidents through an IT helpdesk solution. We had no SOPs, or workflows. SIRP was an eye opener for us. When SIRP's team gave us the demo, we realized that there much more to the security incidents management than opening tickets and doing follow-ups.

For an effective incident response you need to have tasks defined for your analysis team, trail of internal communication logs, follow-ups mechanism, evidence gathering and so much more. SIRP provided everything and than some more!

SIRP's team enabled us to get up-to speed with the entire process in no-time. We can safely say that the value we got from their consulting sessions was way better than several paid security operation trainings out there. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about SIRP?

Nothing. We are currently using just one module of SIRP i.e. Incident management with priority support, and we can't fault anything so far. Their support is top notch, which mean if we are stuck somewhere or have a requirement, it get addressed right away. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering SIRP:

Get a demo. Consult with their team. Identify the areas where SIRP can best serve you. Talk about the customizations you need. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about SIRP?

Report generation could sometimes be a little challenging, but the overall solution is exceptional. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering SIRP:

Start with optimizing the processes by focusing on the Orchestration part before automation. Identify the basic processes that can be automated. You can utilize SIRP's expert team to evaluate your current processes and come up with the suggestions on optimization. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is SIRP solving and how is that benefiting you?

SIRP has multiple modules, for instance the risk and asset management module helps quantify and rate all your assets in regards to their importance and then relate them with the other modules. So when there’s an incident it indicates all the possible assets affected and this helps in prioritizing remediation. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about SIRP?

The best thing I have found so far about this product is that it provides single dashboard for visibility of security controls. The product is able to integrate different SIEM solutions, vulnerability management solutions, threat intelligence feeds and other security solutions. I can also manage the complete SOC lifecycle through this solution i.e. from incident alert to ticketing to investigation and its resolution. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about SIRP?

1- I want SIRP to have more mechanisms to integrate security solutions so that it becomes easy to integrate more and more solutions.

2- The risk management module should give me the options to select any benchmark through which I can conduct risk assessment. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

SIRP has a modular architecture which allowed our company to choose among the modules, for instance we did not require vulnerability management so we did not subscribe to that.
