Simpplr is exactly that - it's simple. The site architecture isn't overly complicated, creating content is straightforward, and interacting is clear and easy for all of our end-users. Best of all, the analytics and the insight give us internal communications measurement and employee feedback in a manner we can't track through traditional channels. We'd really benefit from more Microsoft integrations. Additionally, some of the platform support can be tough to do if you don't have a core IT team supporting (Although Simpplr has great articles and step-by-step directions, they aren't always quick fixes).
