I like that Simpplr is a user-friendly platform that is allowing us to communicate and connect with employees in new ways. Our project manager, Mark Terifaj, was incredibly helpful to our Corp Comm team and all of our Lantheus Central site owners and mangars as we built 34 sites on our new intranet to enhance productivity, engagement and collaboration across the organization. I joined the team in September and having the support of a project manager like Mark was incredibly helpful in quickly teaching me how to manage and post to the platform as we headed into launch in November. I would recommend a few tweaks to how the newsletter template is set up. It would be helpful if it was not just one long page of content as well as if you could share it on the platform without having to email it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It's just that simple. With a small corporate communications team overseeing the intranet, it's impossible to be content creators for every site on Simpplr. Simpplr exceeded our goal of launching an engaging and visually stimulating intranet experience. Simpplr has elevated our organization's ability to communicate and share important news, events, how-to articles, etc. The site owner user experience is simple and fun to learn and use. We did experience some challenges around user profile mapping. Simpplr is limited in its ability to modify its intake of user data. The Simpplr Implementation Consultant and support team provided some alternative solutions to help us achieve the syncing of our targeted user profile data sets. Simpplr provides a platform for one-stop shopping. Our employees can find anything they need from company news to policies. Like it's name, it's truly easy to use. The implmentation went very smoothly thanks to Mark Terifaj. With his help, we launched with every department in our organization represented. He helped each department build their pages, which enhanced the product we launched with and, at the same time, trained our employees how to use Simpplr going forward to keep their pages fresh with new content. Easy to navigate and I've also had experience with raising a Simpplr supoprt ticket - I found the team to be incredibly responsive and very knowledgeable.

Simpplr has been a great tool to communicate effectively throughout our firm. We struggled with finding a single home for all shared content, and making it available to all the right people at the right time. This platform has allowed us to do that. It's very user friendly, but if any level of help is needed the support that they provide is second to none. This is not really a 'dislike' as I believe it is being worked on, but from an IT perspective, we would like to see more integrations with IT ticketing software, or even built in to Simpplr itself. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
