**What do you like best about Simpplr?**

We love that Simpplr makes it incredibly easy for us to create, organize, and share content across our credit union. The platform is intuitive for both administrators and end users, which has helped us achieve an outstanding 97% adoption rate. Our employees know that if they need information, updates, or resources, they can find it quickly and consistently on Simpplr. It has truly become the central hub for our internal communication and collaboration.

We also really value the recognition module. It helps us celebrate employees and teams in a very visible, meaningful way, reinforcing our culture and values across the organization. Recognitions shared on Simpplr make people feel seen and appreciated, and they encourage more peer-to-peer positivity and engagement.

Overall, Simpplr has been a trusted partner since 2019 and continues to evolve with our needs. It strikes the right balance between powerful functionality and ease of use, which is critical for a busy, growing credit union like ours.

**What do you dislike about Simpplr?**

One limitation we’ve encountered with Simpplr is the file module. Our credit union relies heavily on a wide variety of forms, and unfortunately the current file storage capabilities within Simpplr don’t support our forms in a way that allows us to use the module as our primary repository. Because of this, we’ve had to maintain an alternative storage location for all of our files outside of Simpplr.

This creates extra steps for our employees, who have to leave the intranet to access certain documents, and it prevents us from fully centralizing our content and resources on the platform. If the file module could better support complex forms and serve as a true document repository, it would significantly enhance our overall experience and allow us to consolidate even more of our digital workplace within Simpplr.

**What problems is Simpplr solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Simpplr has solved our biggest challenge: creating a single, trusted hub where employees know they can find what they need. Before Simpplr, information was scattered across multiple systems and email chains, which made it hard for staff to stay aligned and up to date. Now, our intranet serves as the central source of truth for news, resources, and internal communications, and our 97% adoption rate shows that employees genuinely rely on it in their day-to-day work.

It has also helped us strengthen connection and culture. With the recognition module, we can easily spotlight employees and teams, celebrate wins, and reinforce our values across the entire organization. This visibility supports morale and builds a sense of community, especially across branches and departments that don’t always interact face to face.

Operationally, Simpplr has made it faster and simpler to create and maintain content. Our teams can publish updates, policies, announcements, and campaigns without needing technical skills or heavy IT involvement. That efficiency saves time, reduces confusion, and ensures that when something changes—whether it’s a procedure, an initiative, or a leadership message—everyone sees it in one place, consistently and clearly.

I like that is it very simple to use and I really like the keyword functionality

I feel like there could be more flexibility when it comes to design.  I would like to incorporate memes, giphs and more to make it more attractive for users.

**What do you like best about Simpplr?**

What I like most about Simpplr is how easy it is to use and how well it keeps everyone at Vagaro connected. Everything important lives in one place, so it’s simple to stay up to date on company news, announcements, and resources without digging through emails or messages. The personalized feed makes sure I’m seeing what actually matters to my role, and the clean layout makes it easy to find information quickly. It really helps our teams stay aligned and feel more connected, especially as the company continues to grow.

**What do you dislike about Simpplr?**

There honestly isn’t much to dislike. Like any platform, it takes a little time to get familiar with all the features, but once you do, it’s very straightforward and efficient. Any minor challenges are far outweighed by how useful and reliable the platform is for day-to-day communication.

**What problems is Simpplr solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Simpplr helps solve the challenge of keeping everyone informed and on the same page as Vagaro grows. It centralizes communication, resources, and updates so nothing gets missed or lost across different tools. I find it invaluable that it houses all our essential documents and tools like benefits information, internal forms, and pricing sheets, which are critical to our various divisions. I appreciate the versatility and extensive knowledge available both from the personal support staff and the online knowledge base, which provides me with extensive resources and support when needed. Additionally, I am impressed by Simpplr's integrations such as connecting Outlook calendars and incorporating PowerBI, reflecting its adaptability and enhancement to our workflow. The simplicity of rolling out new features like 'Rewards' speaks to the user-friendly nature of the setup process. Overall, I'm quite impressed with Simpplr and would rate it highly, which is why I give it a 9.

Initially, the terminology was difficult to grasp - sites vs pages, and the various roles. I came from outside the communications industry and had more of a website background, so the terminology required a change in my vocabulary.

Our organization was drowning in the classic problem of having "information everywhere and nowhere"–critical knowledge scattered across various systems, shared drives, email threads, and Slack channels, yet impossible to find when you actually needed it. Simpplr has helped us build a solution that works.

What impressed me most was how Simpplr created a centralized hub that doesn't just store information, but makes it genuinely discoverable and nice to look at. The AI-powered search functionality cuts through the noise to surface exactly what you're looking for, while the intuitive organization structure means our team members can find what they're looking for.

The platform eliminated those frustrating moments where you know the information exists somewhere but spend 20 minutes hunting through folders and asking colleagues. Now our employees can quickly access from one place. If you're struggling with information silos and knowledge management chaos, Simpplr delivers on its promise to make things, well, simpler.

While we've encountered slight glitches, the support team has always helped us quickly. So, honestly, no dislikes to note here.

Simpplr is solving several critical challenges we faced with internal communications and knowledge management:

* The "Information Everywhere and Nowhere" Problem: One big pain point was having vital information scattered across multiple platforms.

As an internal communications professional, Simpplr makes life so much easier because you can manage all your comms across mediums in one place, as well as events and email newsletters. It's integrated really well with our existing infrastructure too, and is easy to use and navigate. The team are also amazing, responsive and so good at what they do.

Sometimes it would be nice to be able to customise designs a little more to make things feel fresh.

Simpplr is solving issues with digital fatigue, giving our employees one platform from which they can do lots of their work. From an internal comms perspective, it solves a similar issue, giving us the chance to manage internal comms across channels and mediums on one platform. **What do you like best about Simpplr?**

We've used Simpplr as our intranet provider for a little over 3 years now and our employees love it! As the main intranet manager I find it really easy to work with and train other users on. The constant updates and features are a fantastic bonus - every new update brings a QOL feature I never knew I needed.

**What do you dislike about Simpplr?**

There are a few quirks that we ran into while setting up our intranet, but nothing that is groundbreaking. I would say the most disliked thing (and I'm grasping at straws here) is the number of permissions available. Although a benefit, we've run into the issue where people are unsure of their roles and what they entail.

**What problems is Simpplr solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We wanted to make our intranet the single source of truth, and with the platform, we're able to accomplish just that. With the built-in auto-governance features, we can make sure all of our content is relevant and up to date with the current times.

Anyone can use it - it doesn't require any previous experience publishing to the intranet. Simpplr's customer support and partnership is the best I've seen from any vendor I have ever used. They continually respond to our requests and take those requests to their product development team to enhance their product.

**What do you dislike about Simpplr?**

Because Simpplr is so simple to use, there are limitations to creativity such as modifying what the home page looks like.

Before we started using Simpplr, we didn't have an intranet, so information was spread across multiple sources. The intranet brought those sources together as one source of truth.

The initial sales presentation was polished and the product vision was compelling on paper.

Implementation was deeply flawed. We experienced persistent access and provisioning failures that required repeated escalation to senior engineers. Core functionality we were promised during sales never worked reliably, which materially limited our ability to use the platform. The handoff from sales to implementation felt disjointed, and issue resolution was slow and reactive.

Ultimately, it did not solve the internal communications problems we purchased it to address. Instead, it created new operational friction for our team.

It's simple and direct, you don't waste time on trying to understand how to figure out how to use the platform. Analytics are on point. You can immediately start creating and focusing on the content and the value it brings to your employees. Customer support is fast, and it integrates with our internal systems smoothly.

It's not very customizable. The design is quite simple and doesn't allow for many creative features to be explored, leaving with a more basic visual design.

**What do you like best about Simpplr?**

I've been using Simpplr in my company for over a year now, and I have to say, it's had such a huge effect on how we stay connected, especially with so many of us working remotely or in hybrid environments.

The interface is minimal, intuitive, and requires little training. I'm able to access updates from leadership, see critical documents, and understand what's happening with various teams without having to dig through emails or shared drives.

I like the customized homepage. It shows me news and updates that are unique to my work and location, so I'm not bombarded with stuff that doesn't apply to me. I also enjoy the social features—being able to like and comment on posts makes the whole experience more interactive and enjoyable.

**What do you dislike about Simpplr?**

It would be that the content permissions are somewhat confusing initially, especially if you're an admin. But overall, after you're all set up, it runs smoothly.

We use Simpplr to recognize employee achievements and post internal job opportunities, which has helped boost morale and awareness across departments.

Simpplr uses a platform that, to steal its own name, is incredibly simple to build on. It streamlines all of our SOPs and policies into one place that is searchable in an intuitive manner that other platforms just are not. The social elements of the platforms help us to not operate in silos while also connecting our team members from across the country. The implementation team was very easy to work with and guided us through our switch from SharePoint.

The elearning and regular ongoing support through office hours really help you feel supported in the work. Overall the product is very easy to use for non-technical people.

I don't like that the feed has to take up two columns on a dashboard. I wish there was a way to minimize it.

- Limited capabilities when creating content, which makes it a bit wonky. (Example: Spacing when writing a page)
- Pictures for pages have to be the exact recommended size, otherwise it shrinks the picture.

**What do you like best about Simpplr?**

The Simpplr platform really creates a sense of belonging, and brings out our company's culture in one place.  Our teams here use the platform for important announcements, latest news, quick links to different softwares, upcoming events, past company meeting recordings and so much more!  The ease of navigating through the platform is seamless and seems a lot like an Apple product!  When someone asks about company events or anything our company related, one simple search on Simpplr and BOOM it's there.

**What do you dislike about Simpplr?**

Haven't put too much thought about what I dislike.  Only thing I would say is that our teams sometimes have trouble logging into Simpplr's platform.  Not too sure why it is, but usually it's fixed by slacking our IT team.

Keeping all things in one single place allows for your one stop shop!

Customer service is top notch. Very easy to get a hold of help. The platform functionality is unmatched. Love the push/pull features like newsletter and the recent implementation of AI tools. Analytics dashboard is also very in-depth and useful.

I think content governance could be improved. Would love to see custom intervals set (2 weeks, 1 month, 3 months, etc.) versus standard 6 months. I also would love to have some more automated governance around managing site managers/owners.

**What problems is Simpplr solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I see constant change and evolution in LOTS of different ways. The platform is constantly upgrading, adding new features, and looking for input from users. Their ability to send out regular digests and custom newsletters from within the platform is incredible useful and helped drive our adoption rate.

**What do you like best about Simpplr?**

One positive aspect of Simmplr is its foundation on the Salesforce Digital Experience, which ensures strong security. Additionally, it offers useful features like a company org chart. However, despite being built on the Salesforce platform, we were unable to create an integration to display our own Salesforce data on our Simmplr site. This limitation meant that Simmplr became another separate platform that staff had to visit, rather than serving as a centralized hub, which hampered adoption.

**What do you dislike about Simpplr?**

Simmplr appears to cater primarily to large companies with dedicated internal communications staff. As a small to mid-size nonprofit, we found that their implementation plan and onboarding support did not align with the realities of our workflow and the many, many different hats our staff wear. They struggled to adjust their approach to better suit our organization's structure and capacity, oftentimes making it seem like they were rushing us to get things done simply so they could check it off on their own to-do lists.

It is also important to note the 60-day cancellation notice requirement. We reached out more than 90 days in advance to discuss our experience and made it clear at that time we were uncertain if we would be renewing or not. Unfortunately, our account representative was unprepared for the discussion, leading to the meeting being cut-short. Our account rep then failed to reach back out to use to set up the follow-up meeting we had discussed. We ultimately decided not to renew, in part because of the experience with our account rep, and provided notice of cancellation. However, because we had been waiting for our account rep to schedule the follow-up meeting, our notice of cancellation was made after the 60-day notification period. When we explained the situation, Simmplr initially refused to accept our cancellation notice and refused an offer to extend the existing contract for two months to meet the 60-day requirement. In the end, only agreeing to approve a six-month extension. This customer service experience left us with a very poor impression, and based on this alone, we would not recommend the platform.

**What do you like best about Simpplr?**

Simpplr is an incredibly user-friendly platform that requires minimal prior experience to start utilizing effectively. Upon first login, end users are seamlessly guided through the setup process within the app. I've found that I can easily train most site owners and managers in less than an hour, thanks to its intuitive interface.

The migration team, comprised of Kevin, Mark, and Chris, deserves special mention for their exceptional assistance during our transition from our previous platform. They were not only incredibly helpful and patient but also provided invaluable guidance on best practices, ensuring a smooth transfer of the bulk of our content.

Key Features:

Seamlessly integrates with various elements of our tech stack, including Outlook, Confluence, and ServiceNow.
Federated search functionality simplifies content discovery, while analytics provide valuable insights into effectiveness.
The automated requirement for individuals to validate knowledge content regularly ensures that our content remains current and accurate.
Promoting content is effortless, and the platform offers simple drag-and-drop functionality for content creation, organization, and movement.
Over time, the platform tailors content to individual viewers, enhancing their experience.
Overall, Simpplr has proven to be an indispensable tool for our organization, streamlining processes and enhancing collaboration across teams.

**What do you dislike about Simpplr?**

One area that has posed challenges for us is the integration with ADP not correctly syncing crucial information for audience segmentation, such as job title, geography, and leadership roles. The fix for this issue isn't simple, took a lot of meetings, and in the end involves working directly with ADP to develop a custom report.

Another area that is less than ideal is that Simpplr is built on Salesforce, which brings with it the requirement to purchase new user licenses in advance - and they have to be purchased in bundles of 50. I think this format is restrictive and requires more work on our end compared to a tiered system that allows for more flexibility and scalability.

Also, while the platform does allow for planning posts in advance, you can't schedule promotion ahead of time. And the mobile app, although functional, could benefit from improvements in usability, as it currently feels a little clunky and managers are unable to make edits directly from the app.

Despite these limitations, for my company the pros definitely outweigh the cons.

End-users don't need any help with it. There is no learning curve. Anyone can make a site/page and post content, immediately, with no training required.

As an administrator, I'm yet to receive a question, complication, or difficulty with any functionality, from our user-base.

It has just enough to get full-functionality of a website/webpage without hitting any complicated spots of web-design.

It is just as easy to create a Simpplr page, as it is to compose a word document.

**What do you dislike about Simpplr?**

The URLs are "ugly."

Even if the consumer needs to purchase a public domain and set it up so that the URLs aren't "simpplr" and instead specific to their company/owned domain, the yearly fee is nominal.

People don't like seeing simpplr.vf.force.com anywhere in the URLs.

People have information on their laptop hard drives that needs to be accessible to the general public, but there is no easy way for them to share it.
Simpplr makes it so that they can share that information, without any web-design skill, or time-consuming requests to and from the IT department.

Simpplr has changed the way we communicate within our business, providing our teams with a central resource of information. It is very user friendly and the Simmplr team are very easy to get hold of for any technical issues we may be facing. Updates are often and the platform seems to be evolving every month we are on it. We use our intranet daily and it has changed the way we communicate certain information.

There are a few feature requests that it would be great to see Simpplr create - such as the ability to tag set 'groups' as opposed to individuals. Also to make 'must read' content for only certain individuals.

A lot of the company-wide emails we used to send now sit soley on our Intranet. It has also allowed teams to access information incredibly easily, such as Learning and Development content.

Our project manager, Mark Terifaj, was incredibly helpful to our Corp Comm team and all of our Lantheus Central site owners and mangars as we built 34 sites on our new intranet to enhance productivity, engagement and collaboration across the organization. I joined the team in September and having the support of a project manager like Mark was incredibly helpful in  quickly teaching me how to manage and post to the platform as we headed into launch in November. With Mark's help, we had a successful launch!

I would recommend a few tweaks to how the newsletter template is set up. It would be helpful if it was not just one long page of content as well as if you could share it on the platform without having to email it.

We did experience some challenges around user profile mapping. Simpplr is limited in its ability to modify its intake of user data. The Simpplr Implementation Consultant and support team provided some alternative solutions to help us achieve the syncing of our targeted user profile data sets.

Our previous intranet needed to be updated. It didn't have search capability, and finding the needed information was challenging unless you knew where to go. The site is easy to use and navigate. We have received positive feedback from our user community, and based on analytics, we are experiencing a high volume of engagement.

Simpplr provides a platform for one-stop shopping. Our employees can find anything they need from company news to policies. Like it's name, it's truly easy to use. The implmentation went very smoothly thanks to Mark Terifaj. With his help, we launched with every department in our organization represented. He helped each department build their pages, which enhanced the product we launched with and, at the same time, trained our employees how to use Simpplr going forward to keep their pages fresh with new content.

Our employees absolutely love Simpplr. There is nothing I dislike about it.

Simpplr has been a great tool to communicate effectively throughout our firm. We struggled with finding a single home for all shared content, and making it available to all the right people at the right time. This platform has allowed us to do that. It's very user friendly, but if any level of help is needed the support that they provide is second to none. Any questions, or ideas for new features, are always welcomed and the community they have created is one that I am excited to be part of.

This is not really a 'dislike' as I believe it is being worked on, but from an IT perspective, we would like to see more integrations with IT ticketing software, or even built in to Simpplr itself.

From an IT Department standpoint, it has allowed me to create instructions to fix common issues, and a knowledgebase, that can easily be accessed by the whole company, freeing up time to focus on project based work.

In terms of the application itself, Simpplr has been a complete transformation of our internal communication capabilities and we love the capabilities it offers for bringing employees together, for sharing information seamlessly, and for helping employees to get what they need quickly.  Simpplr's sleek UI is easy and fun, too!

On the client service side, I found Simpplr to be simply phenomenal. When we approached them to ask for extended support with an enormous amount of development work, Kleavin Howatt bent over backwards to get us the perfect resource in almost no time, and reliably followed up to ensure satisfaction throughout this partnership. Mark Terifaj was undoubtedly the best thing that ever happened to our implementation team. He jumped right in, established a great working relationship with our functional teams, and provided forward-thinking recommendations to ensure our intranet design would best meet our longer-term strategic goals as well as our shorter-term objectives. This was an incredibly valuable aspect to Mark coming on to our team, and made all the difference in the early engagement results we have seen to date. What's more is that Mark always went above and beyond any ask to educate our internal users on how to do things in SImpplr while also sharing best practices to help us make informed decisions in line with industry standards. What a gift Mark has been!

It's easy to use, intuitive, and offers a lot of functionality. If i had to list something I'd say error messages can be unclear.

Occasionally, the loading process may take a bit longer than expected, and there might be some minor glitches. However, once we submit a ticket to Simpplr, the issues are promptly addressed and resolved.

**What problems is Simpplr solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It consolidates all our internal content into a single, centralized location, making information access and management much more streamlined.
The platform is visually appealing, which enhances user engagement and makes navigation more enjoyable.
It integrates seamlessly with other platforms, enabling us to easily distribute pages and newsletters directly to Slack Teams and via email, improving our communication efficiency.

As someone who wasn't heavily involved in the implementation process, I like that it is easy to use. I felt confident going in on my own and building pages for the first time. There isn't a steep learning curve.

**What do you dislike about Simpplr?**

Implementation is always a difficult process.

**What problems is Simpplr solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Ease of use. Because there isn't a steep learning curve, it's easier for my team to get buy in from other users in the company to own their own sites and manage their content.

The Simpplr implementation team is amazing.  Very responsive.  I like how the platform is easy to use and doesn't require code.

Still needs future features to continue to enhance search and to make
Sure the mobile and desktop experience stays in common.  Would love
To have a feature to turn off feed at the user level vs. all on or all
Off.
