What I like most about the software is that it saves me time. It makes my workdays more efficient, as it helps me with direct communication with my clients and we can have quick solutions with logistical issues. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

There are few things I don't like about the software. At first, I had trouble connecting with the iPhone, but technical support always helped me. Another thing is the estimated delivery time for orders. It doesn't update in real-time from my platform (Administrator account). Another detail that happened to us a few times was that it didn't notify customers via WhatsApp when we were on the way, as WhatsApp had been disconnected, but after a very short meeting, they solved it immediately.
