What do you like best about SimpleTix?

it is fairly easy to set up, easy to use, has reasonable ticket fees, and great customer support. Emails are answered promptly, and sometimes a phone call is scheduled for discussions and explanations. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about SimpleTix?

Can not create subscription packages.

Although the system has a donation option for general admission tickets, it does not offer a donation option for reserved-seat events. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about SimpleTix?

The ability to quickly and easily create events with reserved seating, the integration of our mailing list, and easy integration with Square. The tips on how to promote events as well as great customer support make this a must have in my book. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about SimpleTix?

The fact that I now have two organizations using SimpleTix should tell you that I haven't found anything yet, and doubt that I will. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about SimpleTix?

As someone has been using this platform for multiple uses throughout the years, I can say that it is very easy to use, very reliable, and can be easily adapted into any type of organization needing ticketing services. Training individuals on the platform is very easy, which is great for an organization with high turnover. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about SimpleTix?

The platform is still pretty young, so some features are still in development. But, the company is very good at making quick fixes, or providing guidance on the new features that are consistently coming out. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

They have tons of helpful tips & tricks and videos to help you get started and lots of features that any event organizer needs to have in their back pocket. Best of all?
