it is fairly easy to set up, easy to use, has reasonable ticket fees, and great customer support. Emails are answered promptly, and sometimes a phone call is scheduled for discussions and explanations. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Can not create subscription packages.

As someone has been using this platform for multiple uses throughout the years, I can say that it is very easy to use, very reliable, and can be easily adapted into any type of organization needing ticketing services.
