Our low pricing is $0.79 + 2% per ticket. We offer a flat fee of $0.25 for all tickets priced $5 or below. Use your own Square or Stripe account.

SimpleTix has 1 pricing edition that costs $0.25. A free trial of SimpleTix is also available.

Pricing information for SimpleTix is supplied by the software provider or retrieved from publicly accessible pricing materials. Final cost negotiations to purchase SimpleTix must be conducted with the seller.

What do you like best about SimpleTix?

What do you dislike about SimpleTix?

I would like to offer subscription packages that combine general admission tickets with reserved seating. Would also like to have a donation option on reserved-seat ticket events. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is SimpleTix solving and how is that benefiting you?

We needed a ticket system that was simple to setup and administer, had reasonable fees, and offered all the functions we required. SimpleTix does that and more. We can link the system into our website and integrate it with other systems directly or via Zapier. The Box Office app is easy to use and it is very easy to scan tickets with their scanner app using smart phones. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about SimpleTix?

I love that it is simple, and it is relatively straight forward to set up an event. I also like that it is free to get started unlike Eventbrite. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about SimpleTix?

I dislike that its hard to switch to a paid plan. The UI has prevented me from doing so although the website says there is a paid plan feature. I also dislike that there are no options for passing off ticket fees for the buyer for Pay what you can tickets. Given the state of our economy, a flexible pricing model has been how I've balanced getting folks to an event while raising revenue. When this feature is not available, I loose out on 100s of dollars from patrons that can pay for their contributions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

You're absolutely right about the paid plan confusion - our apologies! That premium plan language was outdated and we've now updated it throughout our site. We actually just have one simple pricing model: 79 cents + 2% per ticket sold.

Great news about your feedback on passing ticket fees to buyers for "Pay What You Can" tickets - this feature is actually on our product roadmap and is actively being worked on! We totally understand how important this is for your revenue.
