What do you like best about SimpleTix?

As new business owners, we found we had limited time to dig in and research different ticket vendors. SimpleTix seemed like the most user friendly and cost effective for us, and we are very pleased with it's usability. What I like best about it is how easy it was to pick up and use, and we've actually found ourselves offering more to our patrons simply because the functionality is there with SimpleTix. What do you dislike about SimpleTix?

I may be wrong, but it would be nice to have the billing come from our business bank account. As it is I think we needed to provide a credit card for billing, and had to link the SimpleTix billing to our personal credit card, and let the business pay us back for the fees. If we are able to link our bank acount instead of a credit card, I apologize! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about SimpleTix?

It is simple to use and has design reatures that are attractive and efficient. The fees are reasonable and competitive compared to other platforms. We also chose it because it integrates with Square, something our organization already uses. Our customers have also commented on how streamlined and clean everything looks from their end. What do you dislike about SimpleTix?

Sometimes it's hard to navigate to the feature that generates the sales reports and name lists for each concert. I think this feature could be more easily visible and/or accessible with fewer clicks. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about SimpleTix?

Ease of utilization of product and it services. I love the way I can see my events, organize them, most importantly sell to my customers and communicate with them. It's easy to get reporting information too. We are a small community theatre and SimpleTix allows us to effectively manage our reserved seating over the two venues we use for performances. I love the way I can easily schedule time with the support team to get my questions answered Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about SimpleTix?

Simpletix provides quick and easy set-up, edit and maintenance of our ticketing for general admission and special events. When we have had difficulties, their support has been quick to resolve them. We don't use the link to Mailchimp frequently, but is invaluable when we need it. Simpletix is available every day to our visitors / members and rarely has any issues. What do you dislike about SimpleTix?

We have had a couple of issues with the links to Square, and we would like to see the automatic emails copied with the rest of the details when an event is copied. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about SimpleTix?

The platform is easy to use. The ticketing site looks really professional. The customer service team is amazing! Simpletix listens to its clients and adds features and functionality on an ongoing basis, so the software is constantly improving.
